Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Elyria

Awful. Never dealt with such incompetent people in my life. They send out an extremely raw pizza, and when I call back the number listed on the receipt, it takes me to the Avon location and they had know idea what was going on. I finally get in touch with the Elyria location, and never got to speak with the manager; I spoke with some teenage girl that wanted to argue with me about the pizza not being cooked properly, and then I brought up the issue with a coupon they couldn't get to go through, and this girl insisted on getting the other girls name that took our order. This girl I spoke with could have fixed the issue whether she took the call or another person took the call. In the end, they made me wait another 45 minutes and never got the coupon issue resolved. Papa John's use to be my go to pizza but they started changing and just didn't taste the same so we looked elsewhere. On 6-9-18 we decided to give them another go and still didn't have the old taste of the past On top of that something went wrong with the online order and I ended up with a sauce and crust only pizza. Yes you read that correctly no cheese or any toppings. While I will take responsibility for not checking the order in the check out I figured they would have thought something off and called but nope. When I called when I opened the box I was told that it was my fault and there was nothing they could do but charge me for another order. Special shout out to Chris at the Elyria Commons location. I received an incorrect order last month (delivered) so returning it for a new order wasn't possible. I called that day and explained I'd received someone else's order and although the person I spoke with gave me an "uhh huhhhh" as if to not believe me TODAY made it all better. I was told I had to call in to use my credit rather than placing order on-line - which I did and from start to finish CHRIS IS THE MVP!!! He kindly assisted with correcting my order and even delivered it himself. He said he made the pizza himself as well and he was just so pleasant when delivering.
