Get a programmer, who actually knows what they're doing, to fix your app and you whole online ordering system!!!! People order things online now, in 2025! I've spent hours and hours of my time, in frustration, trying to order things from your app and your website! The app is the worst one I've ever used, with regard to ordering anything online. Almost impossible. All i get is error messages. I paid for a prescription, along with a few other things, for pickup. My son in law left his sick wife to pick up the items, and was denied the prescription. He was told it wasn't paid for, when it was already paid for, and included with the pickup order!!! Then, I had to call and speak to a completely uncaring, unkind person in pharmacy and then spend the gasoline and more time, to, again, go drive there and get the scrip. Totally frustrating and aggravating! On the phone, the associate never apologized, just offered to ship the scrip, which takes two days!!! I do recognize that they are bogged down with former Rite Aid customers, plus an antiquated online ordering system. No wonder Walgreens is closing stores!!! Online ordering is mandatory in this time!!! FIX your app and your ordering system!!! Make the process flow smoothly and effortlessly for your Customers, as well as your harried employees, before you Lose them!!! Or, you'll end up like Rite Aid!!! The pharmacists at this location need to learn how to read.
Last year they put a prescription in for the wrong number of days and it was denied by the insurance company on that reason alone. (I somehow thought everyone knew that there are no months that have more than 31 days. Evidently not if you think 89 days equals 1 month?!? And then it’s my fault that the insurance company denied the claim?)
This year they completely missed that the insurance company covered a prescription, even though it was clearly printed on the receipt (that was stapled to the bag) that it had been accepted. I got to waste everyone’s time because the tech could neither believe that a covered script could possibly cost more than $100 nor that I would be willing or able to pay the copay? How is that her call to make, especially without first having read the receipt?!?

Read moreHonestly very disappointed anymore in this pharmacy and the services. Pharmacists are rude, my medications are ALWAYS out of stock, yet I can go to CVS and get it filled the same day. It's tiring putting my health on the line to wait for medications that I'm told will be in the next day then nope... They aren't. It sucks because this is the only pharmacy closest to me hence why I try and use them but honestly I'm thinking about driving the extra 15 minutes if it means my health won't be put on the line anymore. People need their medications, and pharmacists should be empathetic to those worried when they can't get them. Not this place. All pharmacists are rude and then get mad when you get frustrated with their service. Disgusting and disrespectful. Oh and don't get me started on the wait time. They'll text you saying it's done, then you go there and you're waiting 45 minutes. How about fix your services and get your shit together.
