Dunkin' — Restaurant in Emerson

Everytime I walk in this location there are hardly any donuts to chose from it’s so disappointing because it’s the closest dunkin near me. Its always a long wait time regardless if i was to get a donut or not, i think you guys are way too under staffed. every time i walk in there it’s always that one guy with the braids working doing it all on his own. He's clearly overwhelmed, juggling a million tasks at once, taking orders, making food, whipping up drinks etc take some consideration and not have one person working alone his whole shift. Waste of...

I had placed an order two days ago for a dozen donuts shaped as the number 7 for my son's birthday today. When my husband came to pick up the order, we learned that it was never placed. Two other customers that were there at the same time were also complaining about their order.

I would recommend visiting the other Dunkin Donuts franchise on Kinderkamack...

Don't follow through with customer service promise and although you don't expect it, disappointing that you would offer and not fulfill. Do better . It shows how customers are treated. Dont offer if you can't deliver.
