Let's Go Coffee Company — Restaurant in Emmaus

Cute little bakery that is advertised as dedicated gluten free but unfortunately I purchased a cookies and cream ice cream wheat product. This bakery is supposed to be all gluten free so I assumed the ice cream I purchased was gluten free as well because the bakery is supposed to be dedicated GF. Turns out it was not gluten free and I became very ill. Unacceptable for a gluten free establishment to carry GLUTEN containing products, they did not even read the ingredients I know because I spoke with the ice cream company! :/ Messaged the company the ice cream came from and they told me will no longer be sending any ice cream that contains wheat to Let’s Go Coffee Company… Why did I have to tell them that? Why did Let’s Go Coffee company not make clear they were a gluten-free only establishment? Because of this oversight I became extremely ill!!! This was a HUGE oversight that caused me to become very sick and should never have happened… If your are gluten free be cautious and read the ingredients before...

Absolutely obsessed with this coffee shop!! I stop by multiple times a week for an iced beverage and a sweet treat. I love their honey graham latte! Perfectly sweet. I also love their matcha! And I am impressed that they properly make it, with the sift and whisk-not just some instant powder they throw in some milk. They had a homemade strawberry syrup the one day I came in and it was amazing in the matcha, wish they had that more often! A strawberry matcha is always delicious. I would also love a banana bread flavored latte, since they have super yummy banana bars there too! I always look forward to...

I'm so glad for this new local spot in Emmaus. Every time I've been there, it's been busy, but they're so efficient with how they get people through and make the drinks quickly. The service is really friendly and they are happy to provide recommendations. The coffee is very high quality with prices on par with other coffee houses. Some of their syrups are made in house - try the honey gram flavor! Yum! Most, if not all, of their cafe offerings are gluten free. The coffee cake exceeded my expectations.
