Subway — Restaurant in Emmaus

Haven't been to subway in a long time but with their new ads running I thought I would try it again. Place was empty and it was around lunch time. Not sure why. Restaurant looked clean but only saw one employee. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on multi grain bread and when I got home I found the bread to be stale. I wished I checked before leaving but with all the ads saying they have better quality breads and meats I didn't think I needed to. I wasn't impressed at all and it felt like the same old stuff with the same meats and breads just more expensive ads running promoting a change. I didn't taste any improvements or changes at all. Not sure if my experience was just at this location but it needs improving. If the chain is going to promote a new and fresh change they need to follow through and show customers the improved product. . I was not pleased and not impressed at all. Probably will...

I don't usually post reviews but I felt I had to in this instance. I went to Subway in Emmaus, specifically to get the tuna sub on special. Simple fast order. I entered the shop and the employee was on her cell phone by the register. I stood at the ordering sign for several minutes, when she turned and walked in the back without acknowledging me. She was speaking on the phone in a foreign language but it was obvious this was a personal call. I expected her to wrap up and come back out knowing I was there. Was there for the first time. Ordered italian B.M.T. Their deli meat is sliced thinner than other subways, I asked for lettuce, spinach, black olives, onions, jalapeño, and tomatoes, he gave me 5 olives, 5 leaves of spinach, 4 very thin sliced tomatoes, 4 pieces of jalapeño, and 4 strips of onions. Never again will I come to this location. I see other reviews have similar complaints of skimpy meat., I should've check the reviews before entering. That night I had big stomach issues.
