Used to go here all the time for wings for every occasion. Ordered a party pack of wings, got home and we realized they didn’t pack all the wings- I called immediately about it and was told we can return for a 30$ amount of wings and the woman who took the call at the time wrote my name down and my number. No one stated a policy about when to pick them up, I was just told to come in whenever and we could get reimbursed for it (4/27). I called today to get it reimbursed, and I’m assuming the store Manager (woman) on the phone hung up on me when I told her (very kindly btw) that no one informed me that there was a specific time frame to be reimbursed for the 30$ amount. She then told me I was “15 days too late” then hung up on me after I said “I’m sorry, I wasn’t informed of this policy when I called in the missing wings, it was less than 15 days ago”. It was less than 15 days, it was only 10. The woman was incredibly rude and had an attitude the minute she got on the phone and didn’t say anything about how they messed up TWICE now, referring to no one stating this refund policy and their previous mis-packaging of an order. At the very LEAST she could have offered an apology on their behalf and asked if I still wanted to place an order (I originally wanted to but not after that service), but she didn’t and literally hung up on me. It was so rude and so uncalled for when I was incredibly kind and respectful about it.

Read moreProbably one of the worst experiences I've had with a food service in recent times. I placed an order at 8:15 pm, they said it'd be 20 minutes, I gave them 30 minutes. I went to go ask for my order they said it'd be another 5 minutes. I had to wait until 9:10 pm before I realized that they shelved my food instead. The manager or shift leader gave me my food, but I'm glad I checked it because half of my order was completely missing. I had to wait again for the rest of my order. I didn't get everything until 9:35 pm, and by then the other half of my food was cold. The fries were just left in a tray in the bag, and it honestly looked like they ate half the order. This has been the most infuriating part, and it wasn't even due to the wait. It was due to the incompetence of the staff. I get days are busy and I could understand having to wait, but at the very least I'd expect someone to just keep me updated. Not see two members of the staff on break in the back, and a line of others waiting just as long as me. I'm sure good people work here, just not anyone of the ones available on this particular night. Read moreHave been here a handful of times since the opening. Won't knock the food cause the chicken is usually pretty good. But the service...is terrible at best. My past 3 experiences were as followed. Order online (small order 10 wings) pick up 20 minutes later, only to walk in to 4 employees standing around, all will look at you, but I swear it took 20 plus minutes just to acknowledge I was there to finally ask me if I had placed an order. Stared at my food on the shelf the entire time I waited for ANYBODY to acknowledge me. The 1st girl asked me, only to walk away and never return or even check for my order. Took a second person to realize, hey this person has been sitting here for quite a while, maybe I should get off my phone and ask them If they need anything.
Once I'm cool with it, but 3 times in a row now. I watched 4 customers walk out of the store who were trying to order today because NOBODY EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED THEM. I watched the entire staff stare at these people, and not a single one cared or even asked them of they needed help.
