Wawa — Restaurant in Emmaus

DO NOT GO HERE. I have been coming here for MONTHS and have had enough!! Screw up after screw up, rude clerk after rude clerk, they will royally screw your order and have ZERO customer service. Some people applaud the customer service, I've had nothing but rude faces and forced rewards ads. (Yes, the management makes the employees push the rewards cards to customers) This place is an absolute abomination, seems they don't care on purpose. The cashier clerks, specific ones in mind, are so cold to me everyday. The food is NEVER right, it's almost like try to mess it up at this point I just really can't believe it after months of observation. Trust me, I was a wawa associate at the sister store down in Wescosville, wawa 287, and we would have been freaking fired for the way they run this zoo, its a disgrace. They do not care, AT ALL and it's so evident. They will just stop working and have social hour in the middle of making food all the time, multiple times there's been hair, random food, and nothing on my order that I had selected. Pure LAZINESS! WAKE UP!! I wish I could include pictures, because I have been watching this wawa for months with nothing but bad things to say, backed up by evidence with pictures. Please save your time and mental sanity, avoid this wawa. So unfortunate, I hate writing bad reviews...

Everything is great at this Wawa, accept this service. It's not right when you walk in there. The old cashier lady is extremely rude. She always has such a bad attitude for no reason. I had a gift card that I wanted to use but I did not know how much was on it. I asked her to check and she literally said "It's your gift card, you should know how much money is on it." So, I was like okay...and then I gave her my gift card, she then said "You have to slide it in the pin pad, don't give it to me, don't you know how gift cards work???" That was just completely rude and unprofessional, and her tone was super disrespectful. She should NOT be treating her costumers like that. Dealing with her every time I go to Wawa is such a pain.
