Been coming here for years and never expected this type of behavior specifically from two employees! My mom went in today around 3:40pm to buy our family dinner, an employee supposably named Amy was asking her for our 3 bowl and 2 plate orders too quickly that she couldn’t keep up with what my mom was telling her! She was annoyed at my mom and telling her she was confusing her when my mom was clearly telling her what she wanted in each plate! My mom made a comment saying that the reason she was “confused” was because she was trying to serve the plates too quick!! clearly she can’t multitask!! Mind you there was no one behind her in line so what’s the rush? She left her unattended for over 5 min without telling her that one of the entrees wasn’t ready yet! She and another employee supposably named Greg were making comments and laughing at her and ignored my mom when she tried to confront them! When my mom left the lady named Amy mocked her saying “byeeeee” making fun of her with her tone of voice! They were being DISGUSTING with their behaviors just like them as people! My mom had to ask another staff member for their names because they didn’t have name tags and didn’t want to give them their names so we don’t even know if this third employee was being truthful!! This kind of behavior is not okay especially coming from fast food workers who think they’re entitled?? Not only did my mom feel humiliated but it goes to show that those two humans don’t care about their customers or people in general! Would love to see their moms or someone they care about being humiliated to see how they feel about it after! I will be contacting corporate non stop until they do something about it, people who are so low these days think that taking it out on others will make them feel any better, it’s truly sad.. Read moreI've been coming here for the last six years and the food has never looked this bad. Isaac and Lucero are leaving old food out for way to long. The customer service is horrible. I was the next person in line and I already told Isaac that I wanted fresh orange chicken and then one of his friends came in and he started taking his friends order before mine and I was not even done ordering yet. Then, After looking at the food that was behind the glass. I told Isaac that they had 5 foods out that were old and disgusting looking. His friend said, well if you don't like it then you don't have to eat here. Isaac didn't say anything and didn't seem to care that people could get food poisoning. Then the female worker Lucero spoke up and said I was being rude. What ever happened to the customer being right lmao. Not one of the people working knew how to handle the situation appropriately. Read moreHorrible Horrible customer service first time at this location and not a pleasant visit Salome gave a nasty attitude towards us as we ordered a bigger plate just gave us 1 side and as I asked for my other two sides she raged with a strong voice I said that's it that's it. I'm not sure if it was the language barrier that had her upset but seeing other customers get talked to in the same energy I knew she was just a unfriendly staff please panda express remove her from representing the company I hope others give their reviews if ever encountered with this lady. Some customers just get out of work and just want to enjoy a nice meal. Other staff around her must enjoy her behavior to not have spoken up or deesclated her behavior. Perhaps she didn't take her meal break to have been this upset . Locations shut down due to poor staff because the food quality was perfect but how to enjoy when you have staff like Salome ruining...
