Even if going just to browse in Target, you don't leave empty handed. There are so many good deals and exciting finds for a low price. I was looking for white flip flops. I found them in the most random spot and the last pair was my size. So it was meant to be! These same flip flops were $7 more on Amazon. Great unintentional find and price. It didn't end there because before I knew it I needed a cart. My best suggestion is to come in with a list. Otherwise, you might end up leaving with more goodies than anticipated! Other than target there are terrific stores. Party City to fulfill all your party and Halloween needs, leaving nothing out that you're imagination can think of. I strongly recommend checking it out. Even for themed parties, birthday parties, graduations, anniversaries... any kind of occasion. However, if you're getting ballons you may want to try the dollar store. It is much less expensive. Office Depot is a great place for all of your office needs and in the middle of an ink drought, they were able to order and ship what I needed right away. Buy Buy Baby is an excellent shop for all of you're babies needs. Barnes and Noble is one of the last book stores in business and we need to show our local support before technology takes over the idea of walking into a store, pacing the isles and finding the perfect book for you. Like Barnes and Nobles, we also need to support Hallmark which is in the town center as well. This card store has the most sentimental and touching cards for every occasion you can think of. They are masterfully put together and beyond eye catching, with words inside that you feel but didn't know how to express yourself. Ross for Less has terrific deals and somehow with no agenda I manage to leave with a little something. Petsmart isn't where I do my dogs shopping, but I do use the animal hospital inside call Banfield. The are reasonably priced and I find the staff to be loving, kind, caring and honest. Z gallerie... what can I say. Love it, love it, love it! Read my review about Z gallerie. Juice Stop its so yummy if your looking for a cool smoothie treat. Ive been going there for 8 years and thier smoothies just can't be beat. Hands down my favorite place to go for such a yummy treat. The UPS store its my savior to return my Amazon packages and the staff is so friendly. Poke Poke is a fairly new restaurant that I love. It's cafeteria style to make a spectacular sushi salad for yourself. The portions are large with either salad or brown rice as the base. Choose your fish and toppings and it's ready, set, go. A quick inexpensive treat that if you like sushi you'll surely enjoy. Lastly, there is a convenient Shell gas station located centrally with a full car wash. This is where I come for all of my car washes and always leave satisfied. They do a great job! The Encinitas Ranch Town Center has a lot to offer! There are all kinds of retailers, eateries, pet stores, and more!

I have always enjoyed shopping at the Encinitas Ranch Town Center just because I can take care of so many needs at the same time.

There’s a Petsmart for your furry family members, and they have great events for great causes for pets!

There’s a lot of home/office related stores that have some really great products and always make me happy when I go to them- there’s Office Depot, Pier 1 Imports, Ross, Best Buy, Target, etc.

Food options are AWESOME now! Urbane cafe has gone in where the UPS store used to be. My coworkers and I seriously love Urbane’s menu and the food they make!

The only not great thing about the Encinitas Ranch Town Center is their layout for entrance and exit to the shopping center. The Leucadia boulevard entrance/exit is ALWAYS an absolute ZOO!! It’s such a bummer, and everybody always comes speeding through like speed racer- or that they’re in Nascar.

It’s really scary and there’s a lot of general disregard by everybody. The road layout and what kind of options can be used for road traffic, could definitely be looked at. But in the meantime just be...

This is an outdoor shopping mall, with a nice mix of stores, from Target to Barnes and Noble, Ross, and a number of other stores such as Zgallery, Vans, BBQS Galore. There is also a nice mix of restaurants, and a Stater Brothers grocery store. The eateries include a new PokiPoki, a Starbucks, and enough others that you can just visit, and decide which place you want to eat at. If you have some shopping to do, this is a nice location to stop at. Highly recommended.
