Vivaldi's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Enfield

I used to love this place when the black guy worked the lunch shift, but now that he's gone this place has gone out of control. I give the Asian lady credit, she tries her best, but her English isn't 100% and It can be hard to understand her. I just waited my entire lunch break for a salad and a couple other "easy" items. If you find your self in the area, go to angelinas instead, it's only 5 minutes away from this place and always fast and accurate. Just now when I was there some poor guy had been waiting since 11:30 for his food and was trying to get a refund but due to the woman's lack of clear English he couldn't even understand her as to if he could get a refund. I left at 12:30 and this guy was still sitting there frustrated. On top if it she basically mislead him and told him his food was ready, but only brought out a receipt, and then proceeded to say it's not ready. She also asked if he wanted to eat there after multiple times he stated he has a half hour lunch break which he is already about to miss his clock in for. I hope he eventually got his food, you'll probably see a review from him on here...

The pizza is amazing. Would go in there and get a slice all the time. However the last three times I ordered for delivery on the slice app, and I've only had delivery from them four times ever. The pizza has shown up late and cold. I'd call after an hour waiting, and I'd be put on hold right away, where I can hear the guy at the counter bs-ing with female customers, then hang up when he realized I've been on the line waiting. Called back, he said the pizza will be there in a few minutes. 45 minutes later I call back and he was rude and continue to make excuses, such as the driver was in an accident. The two times prior ordering from them I got the same excuse.. it's late cause the driver was in an accident. Either they need to work on their customer service and stop making excuses or hire better drivers. The only reason why I'll go back is because of the cooks. As a professional chef, they make a great pie.. as for the front of house.. they have no business in...

We went here for the first time two days ago and are already going back.

The pizza was amazing, with tons of toppings (combo pizza) that were delicious and fresh. We were going out that night to a yard goats have and got worried about eating so much salty toppings. We were out all night and didn't have salty mouths at all, this shows the quality of their ingredients.

Even the kids who are very picky about everything really enjoyed this pizza and asked for a leftovers for the next couple days because there is so much left over!

Looking forward to going here again...
