
Very unhappy. I did 10 laser hair treatments, full body, spent thousands of dollars for zero change! I still have to shave my legs everyday. I called and complained and was offered no resolution. I brought it to their attention after the fifth session and they just told me oh you probably just need one more and they kept going with that over and over. Every time I had the laser hair treatment It was a different person doing it and they were all doing it differently. Some would go twice over an area while the other ones would rush through it. I explained this to them, and they refuse to fix the situation. I still have credits there from gift cards and have not even been back to use them because of how disappointed I am. I have several friends who went there and spent thousands on treatments with no results as well, they were also given no resolution and stopped going. When you first go in for a consultation, they check your hair color to make sure youāre a good candidate so thatās not the excuse that can be given to me. I never leave bad reviews, but the fact that they cared so little to rectify the situation after the amount of money I spent and after they were able to see that there was no procedure that was followed by the staff to ensure it was done the same each time is infuriating. I was a client for a few years and had bad experiences all around- I had about 16 laser sessions with little to no results (they blamed it on a former employee not knowing how to use the machine but did not offer any refund or compensation even though it was their responsibility to properly train this employee), Camille often took it upon herself to add filler where I didnāt want it, and I was constantly overcharged. I didnāt realize until I caught them not using a promotion that I had bought and clearly stated that I wanted applied. Camille also injected filler ABOVE my lips and below my nose for some reason ( ???) and it looked terrible. Iāve gone somewhere else to have it dissolved but it stayed there for years (confirmed via ultrasound) despite being told the opposite. If you like overpaying for mediocre results, being belittled, and listening to someone brag about how much money they have while they experiment on your face, then Blush Med Spa is your place.
Edited to add: I DID speak with individuals at the practice regarding my dissatisfaction. When I complained about the laser, I was told that Mygnoc did not know how to use the machine but then nothing was done to correct it. When I complained about my lips and asked to have the filler dissolved, I was told that there was no way that filler would still be present and nothing was done. I had to go elsewhere to have them confirm that filler was still present and I paid THEM to dissolve it. So how would me contacting the practice directly be beneficial? It never worked in the past, you never would admit fault or work to remedy a situation.

Olivia, the receptionist, was SO friendly and made the check-in process quick and smooth. Camille was (is) amazing! My first appointment was for a filler consult; Camille had me point out areas of concern before she gave me her suggestions, which I really appreciated. She took the time to make sure we would be doing things that were right for MY face, and that I was comfortable with our filler/Botox āplanā. Just from the two times I have met with her, her experience and dedication to her job truly showed. At my second appointment (to get the fillers), Camille treated me as if I had been a client of hers for years. She was able to distract me while giving the injections, and knew just how to calm me down when nerves kicked in. I also love how she consistently posts on social media, not only showing people her work (and the amazing work from the others there!) but also giving people an idea of who she really is. I learned of Blush Med Spa strictly from social media and after watching Camilles posts, I knew there was no where else I wanted to go as a first time filler & Botox client.
