Been going here off and on for about three years. Service used to be great, food was great, lobby was clean and everyone was friendly. Over the past few months the store has taken a complete nosedive. I have yet to get a proper order from them and the food has always given me a stomach ache even when eating just one slice of pizza. I ordered two pizzas that had to be remade three times and still wasn't right and the whole time the employees were angry that they had to re-do the pizzas. The first set had the wrong sauce, no big deal. I was sitting in the dirty lobby waiting for the remakes and watching about 7 employees talk about how one of the pizzas looks really messed up and 'oh well'. When the remakes were done he tried to hold the box shut so I couldn't look at the pizza. I opened it once he let go of the box and there was a giant bubble that took up a little over a 1/4th of the pizza. The bubble was bare of any sauce or cheese and was just burnt crust. He tried to act like the pizza was fine and I said I wanted it remade. He got mad, grabbed the top pizza and ran off. I looked at the second pizza and it was still raw and doughy. They tried to dodge me like the plague about the second pizza and sent a little kid out to give me the third remake in the lobby who just gave it to us and ran off without saying anything. It was a pan pizza they shoved into a regular box (so it didn't have the thing in it to prevent the pizza from getting soggy) that pizza was burnt to a crisp. It was literally black on the bottom. They did not give me a refund and after being in the store for over an hour I was just done and wanted to go home. When contacting Corporate they offered me replacement pizzas but it has to be from the same location. The second time my boyfriend ordered wings. the paper the wings came in has obviously been in the oven as it was burnt, the wings tasted strange and my we both got sick from them. These incidents both happened on nightshift. So maybe dayshift is better? I'm not sure. Previous to this I have had nothing but positive experience from this store. A couple of weeks ago I placed an order for two pizzas and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. when I got here I continued to wait out in the parking lot for 45 more minutes. Manager had come out to my car and said they had just received a big order prior to mine, so one of my pizzas was ready, but the second one would be ready in about 10 minutes. I was waiting for curbside delivery and it showed me that my pizza was ready at one point and that’s when I waited for an additional 45 minutes. I called the manager a couple days later and they said they would give me the exact same order complementary next time. So I came here today for my complementary identical order and was told the exact same thing I go in to pick up my order and they said one of my pies was ready but the other one would be another 10 minutes and I didn’t notice it septa bowl because the first pizza will be cold and dead by the time the other one is Done . This place is a joke and I will either go to a competitor or find another Dominos I am not giving this place a third chance.
