This place is the worst. My family and I ordered food from here a few weeks ago and it took almost 3 hours for the food to arrive to my door. My 10 year old daughter had to wait so long, she was starving. I called them before I ordered the food to ask if they deliver and I was told YES. I ordered the food online and paid for it in advance. Big Mistake. I called a few times to find out what was going on, they kept saying that our food is on its way and after 2 hours...they stopped answering my calls. Poor communication and unprofessional. I eventually drove to their location and the manager was not there. Celine and Monica were working at the register, the place was not packed so they obviously were avoiding the phone calls from a customer who paid already. I asked to speak with the manager and she was not there so they called her. The manager Elvia apologized for the poor service and told me that I would get a refund. Read moreThe girl in the register needs to be taught customer service. If you're asked for the menu to look at it and then order, you don't just point to the tv screen on top of the register to let the customer know that is where the menu is. Instead, you use your WORDS! Then after I looked at the menu (already angry because of her unprofessionalism) and I was ordering, she told me it would take over 30 minutes to get my taco order ready, as if she didn't want us even to order and eat there.
I know everyone is short-staffed, but it would be nice to use at least some words like, "Just to let you know, due to being short-staffed, our orders are taking about 30 min or more. Is that okay with you?". But no, she acted like BI... the whole time.
Oh, and before going to the restaurant(at 8:18PM), I called to ask if they were delivering, and she said yes, then asked to put me on hold and just hung up and that is when I went to the store
