Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Enid

Update 5-16-24 So is it me or has Braum's jump on the food reduction wagon? Went here the other day to purchase a carton of ice cream and a package of cookies. Oh my goodness the ice cream container is so small I asked an employee if this comes with a wooden flat spoon. Then I went to select a package of oatmeal and raisins cookies. What?!?! The cookies are approximately half the size they were just a short time ago. Once home we had a cookie, the taste wasn't good and if I had 5 raisins in one thin cookie, I would have been surprised. I can't prove it but I think the prices stayed the same if not a bit higher. I did purchase both but I'm not sure if I can afford to again. This is so so sad since we have loved Braum's since the early 70's.

No joke... Braum's ice cream is absolutely the the best in Oklahoma and in my opinion the best nationally. Braum's hamburgers and other food choices are amazing. No thin slices of meat patties here. And then, they have superb cookies, dairy products and more to take with...

I went throw the drive through earlier this morning and encountered an exceptionally rude employee. I started out by giving her a hands up that I had a bigger order. She loudly and rudely sighed then told me to go ahead an order. The lady at the cash window was very kind and had cute nails. Then when I got to the final window to collect my food I encountered the same rude woman. I told her that my malt was wrong. She took it and threw it in the trash. She passive aggressively announced “it said chocolate topping.” The attitude continued when she came back with my drink that still wasn’t made right.

If I remember correctly the ones in green aprons are mangers and she was in one. I hope she treats her colleagues better than the customers.

I will not be returning to this location next time...

This was our first time since the remodel, so I do hope to come back on a better day for the staff. There was a younger, new person at the main register and they were having a really tough time. That didn’t bother me; what bothered me was the older and more experienced staff was being inconsiderate and not taking the time to show the new person correctly or even meeting customers in the middle. The register at the very front for groceries was great and was trying her best to stay positive, which is important since she’s the first person you see. Unfortunately, there was quite a few people coming in and everyone seemed to have a mistake or problem with their order. Was not the best experience, but I do plan on coming back and maybe sharing information and concerns if...
