Subway — Restaurant in Enid

Worst location in Enid. Employees Shawn and melonie have very poor to little customer service. While ordering our food more people walked through the door and I heard melonie make a negative comment about the rush of people. Our food was ready to be paid for but instead of cashing us out the employee walked back to the food station and starting taking and making another customers order while we just stood there. We Tried using a coupon and melonie refused to type it in for us. Said we have to place our order online. At this time it was 8:45 and online ordering stopped and we wasted our time trying to pay online. I tried asking Shawn to honor our coupon and he said he wouldn’t. We went to the car and I called another location who told me they can honor the coupon on the pos system. I went back inside to tell Shawn that the other location said they are able to honor the code. When I walked in Melonie was eating our sandwich on the customer line and Shawn got rude and said that he’s not honoring nothing and raised his voice saying I was rude. The one guy working tried apologizing. Yet the other guy was basically saying you get what we have and be happy with it. I'm not going back to this location ever again. So sick of the price on food.
