UScellular — Local services in Enid

Been with US Cellular for 3 months. Since May 2017. We have had nothing but trouble. No service where we were assured we would have it. Always on roaming. We have unlimited data, but at 2g. Since we're always on roaming our 4g runs out quickly. Absolutely worthless. Called US Cellular customer service and was told, we should have been better informed by the Enid office but it was to late and our 15 day trial period was over and we were locked in to the contract. We will pay our phones off and immediately leave US Cellular. I have to give this company a grade rating of F. I found it difficult to give this company even a one...

The pleasures are always mine,and your staff are just impeccable. I have not once had a problem that was not resolved. The manager is very nice and professional. I love to just browse the store. They always have a wonderful display of the latest phones and accessories. the ladies are there to help me with my purchased phones and equipment. Their Phones are the best for me and my operations. Customer service was great, answered questions with hesitation, and ensured that the device would fit my needs even with aspects I hadn't thought about! I live south of OKC but will gladly travel to Enid for this Customer service every time I have a need....
