I’ve been placing mobile orders at this location since they started the sonic app. There has been multiple occasions where my food is incorrect, meat under cooked and about 6 months ago my family and I had food poisoning from here. I’ve also perviously called and spoke to an employee and when asking for a manager I heard said employee say “managers name, we have a Karen on the phone”. I continued to give this location the benefit of the doubt & held my tongue from posting a review because they are the closest sonic to my house and the owner Jason has continued to make things right and be accommodating towards the issues I’ve had. This last occurrence has made me decide to that I will never visit this sonic again. Last week I ordered 6 mozzarella sticks and only received 4. I called and spoke the manager Angel who supposedly wrote down my name and told me she would have them replaced for me the next time I visited. Today, Less than a week later, I placed a mobile order and decided I would also collect my mozzarella sticks. The manager Ryan says there’s no name in the book, said she called Angel and she doesn’t remember, and the general manager starts with a D said we won’t be replacing the mozzarella sticks. I told them that I can show them a copy of my mobile order from June 17th that I placed and a screenshot of my phone log with date and time I spoke to Angel. The general manager refused to see my proof and said it’s not in the “book” so there’s nothing I can do for you and walked away. Basically being called a liar I was very upset and called the owner who called the location and had them replace my mozzarella sticks. When advising the general manager that it’s unfair and poor service to customers to refuse to honor something that was told to them from management his exact words were “I don’t come to your place of work and tell you how to do your job”. My advice to the owner would be to clean house and get new management at this location or at the least provide them with some serious coaching and customer service training because nothing has changed and it’s clear nothing will change which is extremely disappointing to...

Have tried two times now to get lunch there. 1st time gave me the wrong order after waiting for 30 minutes. 2nd time they never even made it!
