Burger King — Restaurant in Ennis

Manager Nadia has a sorry attitude! Went last night ordered food for my fiancé and I. We both got Texas Double whoppers. I requested mine with no onions or Mayo, get home and not only was there no onions or Mayo like I wanted but no bacon, no cheese, no jalapeños or pickles. Tried calling before going up there to let them know, phone rang and rang and no one would answer so drove up there and I drive up to the window to see there are no cars, definitely not busy at all and still wait a few minutes for someone to finally come to the window. The girl at the window was sweet and let me know my order would be fixed and would be made fresh for me to pull up to the front. Manager was behind her the whole time. Not once did she approach the window to apologize for my order being wrong instead was looking at me with a stank face. Once I pull around not even 5 minutes later manager walks out with my order and legit hands me the bag and says “can you check it” again does not apologize for the mistake and has an attitude. I stated that was fast and if it was made fresh like they said and she said “yes, can you check it to make sure it’s right” I open my burger and laugh bc to my surprise there are no jalapeños on it. As I laughed in disbelief the manager just flat out says “what’s wrong with it now” and I let her know there still weren’t jalapeños on it. I handed her the burger back and she legit grabbed it and rolled her eyes to which I had had enough and just requested a refund. Seriously the worst experience I’ve had at BK considering I go all the time and had never had that issue. Very disappointed and that manager really needs to work on her customer...

On October 22, 2022 about 6:30 in the evening I drove up. 2 cars in parking lot none in drive through. No guest in the lobby. Very odd for a Saturday dinner time. Anyway I sat there in drive through for 10 min no one came on speaker so I said can I order now they said give me a minute I said to my self already gave you 10 so far. Finally they said what do I need I was giving my order they were rude kept interrupting my ordering. Laughing and being very unprofessional. I said you guys can just sit there and laugh at customer they said yes we can I was like wow ok then. I said can I speak to manager she said I am the manager. I was like that's even worse so they kept doing thier Little thug life attitude so I said I'll just call corporate they said go ahead will wait.. I said ok but I'll sit here in your drive through and finally I said ok I turn on my video as I went through drive through real slow I video two young girls in there goofing around I never stopped in the drive through . I went slow they saw me video and try to hide there face. Too late I thought. So they realize and were saying F....you. you can't record us yelling this out there little window in drive through. This not the first time I had problem. My wife went in and they were giggling talking Spanish. Lol my wife is Irish. But can speak Spanish and write it also. They were saying all kinds bad things being rasist talking about this white girl this and this white girl that. And my wife responded in Spanish and oh should of seen there face.lol SURPRISE..LOL. anyway...

What is customer service? I’ll tell you what it is and a great example of it too!!! Burger King, an establishment that started in 1954, is a well known fast food chain around the land of the free. Some prefer it over it’s competitors, while others think it’s absolute garbage. I personally side with the small percentage that like it, and I’m glad a small town like Ennis is lucky enough to have a Burger King. Well anyway, the customer service here is amazing!!! Every team member here deserves a raise, but one stands out the most. That special person is a young man named Danny. Danny has the best personality and best work ethic I’ve ever seen. He was so kind taking my order and even kept checking up on me during my time there eating. It was almost like I was eating at a nice restaurant!!! Burger King should value this young man, and I can see him accomplishing his goals with his attitude!!! Overall, this location is more than a 5 star place when Danny is working, and of course, shout out to the rest of the team members that make this...
