Dollar Tree — Local services in Ennis

If I could give it 0 stars I would. When I walked in I noticed a cashier with DIRTY, DISPOSABLE GLOVES on who was checking people out with a mask on. She always has the gloves on and refuses to take them off when you ask. As I made my way to the checkout, I asked her how long has she had them on. She proceeded to tell me she's had them on as long as she's been there which was 4 hours and that SHE WEARS THEM ALL DAY ALL THE TIME WITHOUT CHANGING THEM OUT WHICH I HAVE OBSERVED SEVERAL TIMES. I told her that was not sanitary, considering she probably has handled many things with them on including things in the restroom. I asked her for a manager and another cashier/ manager arrived and told me she has a right to wear them. I told her common courtesy to a customer she shouldn't have a problem taking them off or at least changing them out. She said she doesn't have to and I asked for the District Managers information. She said her first name was Donna, she didn't know her last name ( but she's a store manager), and she refused to give me corporates phone number. I told her that's okay I know the Store Manager Maria so I told her I would contact her Monday to get that information and the Health Department as well. Very nasty and inconsiderate for a cashier to have the same gloves on using the same hands they've been wiping their a** with also checking people out don't you think? Health risk to the PUBLIC at it's worst. Dollar Tree you need to fix...

It's a very nice Store but they don't have enough help there are extremely long checkout lines they definitely should have more staff members it is a new and updated store but their servers lacks in every way including having enough stuff on the shelves for people to buy if they don't have things that you want to buy then you don't shop with that store it is truly a hit or miss when you can go to Walmart but in the same parking lot and pick it up off the shelves of course not for a dollar but they need better and more help so that the customers are not waiting down a...

Drove 20 miles to this store. I live less than 2 miles from the one in Waxahachie. The one in Waxahachie is always (for the past year) unorganized. Stacks of merchandise still in boxes on the floor and hard to move around. Unfriendly staff. The one im Ennis was great. Friendly staff and knowledgeable of where items were.
