I’ve honestly never had a bad experience at any five guys so I had high hopes for this one. We go every Friday and burgers are fantastic. Service is pretty good on those times. You need the ability to comment on service or food for each meal. First day they were open their fries were so over salted and limp nothing like Airport blvd. They gave us more unsalted. We haven’t had them again until tonight. They came so salty and limp. I don’t understand how y’all are over salting them. If I can see salt on the fries that too much salt! We came in around 6:20 there were three girls at the front and none of them greeted us. I thought it was odd because when we come in on Friday around 1:30 everyone is so friendly and talking to us. The cashier had an attitude and I just couldn’t believe it because we’ve never had a bad experience at all at any five guys. I looked on the ticket to see if there was a customer service number to mention maybe telling her to be friendly but nothing was on there. I looked at her name but I feel like that wasn’t her name because it said Antonio. Hopefully someone in management will see this because none of those girls were friendly at all. None of the cooks said anything to us. First burger didn’t have a sticker to let us know which it was. I will say another thing you really need to train your cashiers on is to stop handing customers their cups with their hands on the rim or hands inside the cup. This is disgusting and unhealthy. I told the cashier the first time we went as a tip to not hand them that way. There’s no reason to do that. Grab the cup by the end and hand it out straight. I know you just opened but your managers need to be...
Read moreWe called in to place a to go order to this location about 2 weeks ago. The lady who answered took a long time to take our order (which was a fairly simple order, no specifications, just two cheeseburgers and 2 orders of fries, one milkshake). Then, she told us we had to give her our credit card info to pay over the phone? I have never had to do that at the other Five Guys location when calling in a To Go order..but we did pay over the phone. By the time we finished the phone call, we were already in the parking lot. So, we sat and waited for our pickup time. We hopped in line for the pickup window and were behind another car. We waited for 15 minutes - for the person at the window to show off their tattoos to the worker and the worker took their time checking their tattoos out and showing off their own. It would've been one thing if you didn't have other customers waiting...but with other people in line waiting for their food..not a good look. We then finally got to the window and we told them our name..the employee asked what we had in our order? I told him we don't have a receipt because we were asked to pay over the phone, and if you guys are the restaurant surely you have the ticket? He grabbed our food (which was cold at this point, of course) and forgot our milkshake. We let him know, and he asks oh what kind did you order? Holy moly. This restaurant is not THAT new to where it should be having these kinds of hiccups. We won't be back to this location - it's a shame because it is so convenient and close to our home. I'd rather make the drive and receive better service and...
Read moreOh my god, the Five Guys manager was soooo sweet! My mobile order was messed up and was supposed to be paid for, so I went to check it first to make sure my name was on the order to go. Unfortunately, it wasn't. So the manager was double-checking to call another Five Guys to see if I had ordered from the wrong location. That way i don’t have to back to forth to another location. Somehow, there wasn't one. So I decided to order again in person and the manager decided to discount the entire price. I was shocked and felt blessed! Thank...
