On 10/29 I came to this location as I do all of the time, and it resulted in one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced as a customer of color regarding the general manager of this location. I was not only lied on, I was disrespected, I was discriminated against, and painted out as the angry black woman. This is a narrative that has gone on for way too long, and as someone who not only has Not only spent a lot of money with this company, I even celebrated their 500 location as well as their location opening. It is heartbreaking to have gone through this as someone who Suffers with a mental disability, I am genuinely grateful I had my service animal with me at the time. Read moreThe staff was very friendly but they don’t have a menu to look at. You drive by a small QR code on your way in so you can look at it on your phone but we passed that without realizing that’s what we were supposed to do. Staff helped pick out a drink but I would really prefer to not have them have to go through the whole menu by memory. Definitely gave me anxiety. Staff said they had paper menus when they first opened but went through them really fast. Not sure why more have not been printed to hand to the customer at the window? I suggest printing one and laminating it to hand to customers. Seems like a simple enough task especially since you’ve been open for a month now but have been out since the first week of opening. Read moreCar accident waiting to happen. The music is extremely and unnecessarily loud where you can't even speak or hear yourself talk. Traffic is blocking the roads and it almost caused an accident. And the kids walking between the drink cart and cars are not careful and should not even be a thing. Making customers drive, look at an app and order is dangerous as well. Lawsuit waiting to happen.
And to top it off my drinks were given to someone else making me wait more because it's unorganized. No sense in having 4 or 5 orders on the cart if you can't handle giving them to the right customers.
