Burger King — Restaurant in Enterprise

I just had the worst Burger King experience, probably the worse fast-food experience in my life. I go into the restaurant and there is one cashier taking an employee's lunch order. After the cashier took that order, she walks away, not even acknowledging that I am standing there. She goes over near the fry station and begins talking to a friend in the back about ATM cards or some kind of money card. After several minutes of listening to the cashier talking to her friend, I interrupted and asked her to come take my order. She appeared annoyed I interrupted her storytime. She takes my order without ever saying a single word and hands me my cup. She then heads to her friend to continue her conversation I had interrupted. I go to get my drink and the drink machine is beyond nasty. Orange syrup was all over it. I get my drink and go to a table. Sitting at my table, I notice my fish sandwich had been placed in the warming rack. I go the counter and just stand there for a minute, meanwhile the cashier is now in the back talking to her friend. Another employee asked me if I ordered a fish sandwich, I acknowledged I did. But she continues to walk to the back with an ice bucket. So now I'm standing there looking at my sandwich and seeing the cashier completely ignore me while talking to her friend. Finally, I yell (because she's in the back) to the cashier that my fish sandwich has been ready for a while now and I'd like it if she would stop talking to her friend long enough to fetch me my food. She again was annoyed and without a word hands me my food. I go back to my table and take one bite. Fish sandwich was nasty. It had been recooked and was now black, greasy, and inedible. I take it up to the cashier and show her the nasty sandwich. Out of nowhere, the employee on lunch break came up and got involved, verbally attacking me. This commotion causes a supervisor to come to the front. He doesn't introduce himself but I assume he is a supervisor of some sort. The employee who had been on lunch wouldn't let me say a word to the supervisor without interrupting me and talking over me. This brings all the rest of employees from the back to the front (except the man making my sandwich, he actually looked at me and said "sir I'm fixing your sandwich now). I was surrounded by about five or six employees, all talking over me, and not letting me get a word in to the manager. So I got frustrated and just walked out. I'll never go back. Meanwhile, I went to Arby's had a wonderful sandwich and superb service! Wow, what...

I have not eaten from a Burger King in almost 2 years. Decided to stop at this one in enterprise, AL today. My passenger and I both ordered from the drive thru menu board…. 2 whopper jr each from the 5.00 duo list. Expecting the total to be about 10.80 or around that price…. When I get to the window the cashier tells me that they haven’t changed their menu and they do not have what I just ordered for that price. Im very disappointed. Apparently the cashier knew that the sign was incorrect or rather the sign didn’t match her register and she didn’t say anything about it when I initially ordered. I realize that there are many people who do not look at prices and just pays what is quoted at the register….. but some look at the menu and decided their order by what’s in their pocket and the price on the menu board. Disappointed. Why was the menu not changed? How long has it been incorrect? I did pay the 15.00 for the order because when I got to the window I didn’t know the choices, nothing in front of me to...

Pulled up in drive through had a car in front of me waited 10mins because no one would answer car in front of me in drive through they had to keep honking their horn to get attention, I backed out of drive through and went in instead because that was ridiculous. I went in ordered a drink and a 2 peice chicken tender. Their were 9 people working and no one in lobby but me waiting on food. I waited 10 more mins finally got my chicken tenders. When I pulled around to leave parking lot the car that I was waiting behind in drive through was still waiting to be tended to. This is ridiculous , if 9 people are working and no one answers drive through their is a serious problem. I used to work at McDonalds and no one had to wait. Also the workers behind counter Inside were laughing, goofing off and throwing catch up packets at each other mean while no one can give service to the drive through. Just pathetic. A new night crew Is needed along with a new shift manager he was just standing around goofing...
