These employees are apparently rude and just... flippant af. No one seems to have any pride in their work. Rude to customers and don't have their crap together to boot.
They got nearly every single aspect of our order wrong and then got an attitude when we came back to try to get it righted and ARGUED with us when we had the receipt. Honestly. the fact that we had the receipt is probably the only reason we at least got Dan his mac n' cheese that we had already paid for. We couldn't get fresh wings with the correct sauce, because the one woman took one LOOK at it and said, "No, that's the right sauce." (It was supposed to be the original hot; whatever we had was disgustingly sweet and not at all like hot wing sauce.)
At the drive thru, they were FAST - that is the only positive thing I can say. There was barely any wait. But then they threw the food out the window, and it was a container full of sauced wings that was put in the bag sideways and leaked all over everything. They forgot the straw, filled his cup with ice (asked for light ice), put the wrong sauce on the wings, gave him the wrong side... (cold fries instead of his mac) It was JUST AWFUL. And they told me I was clear to go at the drive thru window - I had to go back to get my card after the car after me had already pulled forward!
That was before we even knew the order was wrong. $17 and some change for that garbage. And - it was supposed to my my kids' special meal that he had waited all week for; we were supposed to go on a mother/son date to Annies, but Annies is apparently closed on Saturdays and Sundays. š Now we're even more bummed than before. What a waste of time and money... It wasn't even like it was peak hours or they were busy, etc - it was 2:30 in the afternoon and they had at least FOUR people in the kitchen. Again, the service was FAST - it was just gross and wrong!!! They gave my son his mac and cheese, but insisted the sauce was find and went on to assist the next customer with us still standing there. We didn't really have a choice but to leave. If they had been polite and more proactive in fixing the issue, this review would not even exist. But a bad attitude is literally just the worst.

The order taker paused in the midst of me ordering as soon as I asked for the food to be cooked fresh. Mind you itās two whole hours ahead closing (11p).. she never came back on the intercom. Instead a boy came out the back door and said maāam Iām sorry but we canāt cook food fresh after certain times. I looked at him crazy of course and pulled off.
I thought about it and said hmm let me see what time they close. Once I saw they close at 11p. I pulled around and got out and went inside and asked why I canāt have fresh food if they donāt close for another two hours. The boy then said Iāll go re ask my cook. Like what!?? I said yes go re ask because itās two hours till closing- I will leave a review as well as let the manager know yāall shutting the store down extra early. Then he comes back and says heās going to drop them for you. In the midst of me waiting for the food a manager pops out of no where and says (Iām sorry maāam he misunderstood me, I told him to cook them).
Like no he didnāt misunderstand you. You said what you said and he repeated what you said. Simple.
To the girl that was working in drive thru- please learn how to not be so obvious when you are talking about the customers. I seen and heard everything you said. Also work on gestures.

I used to love going to Popeyes on lunch breaks where I used to live but havenāt gone in a while. I pulled up to the drive thru excited because it was completely empty and the building looked otherwise very nice. My first experience with the staff was immediately weird. I was told to āhold onā before I gave my order, then I patiently waited 2 minutes with no one saying anything. I finally just asked if they were ready to take my order and gave my order. When I pulled up to the window it was another 4 minutes before someone opened the window. They gave me food and then took my card. As I was waiting to get my card back which took another 5 minutes I looked through the bag and it wasnāt even my order. After waiting for someone to come back up to the window and telling them that the food was not mine. They whispered for me to āclose it all up and give it backā because they gave me the wrong food. The most insane part about this is they took that food and gave it to the customer it was originally for in the middle of a pandemic. This was completely unacceptable and a health risk to the customer. The staff needs to be investigated as looking through the comments they are obviously not doing their jobs correctly or in a safe manner for the customer, this...
