There should be a zero star option as this Buffalo Wild Wings location would definitely get it. To begin with, we had a party of four. The first order of boneless wings were brought to the table within 2 minutes of ordering them. There were no forks, napkins, or anything at the table. After approximately 8 minutes, we asked for silverware, and then it was brought out a couple of minutes later. By this point, the first set of boneless wings was cold because we were waiting on a fork. Then, after 15 minutes, I asked where the rest of the food was as at any other restaurant all of the food for everyone at the table arrives around the same time. 20 minutes later, there is still no food. After 25 minutes and 15 minutes after the first person was done eating, the rest of the food was brought to the table. We had chicken tenders, but they forgot the sauce. I asked for the sauce, and the girl that brought us our food just looked at us, curled her lips, got an attitude for no reason, and stormed off. It was very unprofessional, especially since all I asked for was the sauce for the wings. I then asked a manager. The manager came to the table and I explained what the problem was. She just kept coming up with excuses that the chicken tenders are handmade, take 11 minutes to make, and the boneless wings are quicker. So why not make the chicken tenders and then make the boneless wings and bring it all out at once? At this point, the chicken tenders are getting cold. We still don't have sauce for them or ketchup for the fries. The manager tells our waitress to just get us the sauce and then walks off. No, sorry about this or anything. Nothing but lame excuses. The manager finally brought the sauce out, and as she was walking by said I'm taking the boneless wings off the check." Still no sorry or anything. I didn't get the ketchup that I asked for until we asked for our check, at this point the ketchup was taken off of someone else's table and slid onto our table and the waitress said "here's your ketchup." This review is only a snapshot of the entire horrible experience we had at the location. The staff is very rude, and it is obvious they do not care about the customer. It was probably the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Do not waste your time or money going to this restaurant....
Read moreWe went to the Enterprise, AL location around 2 pm on 10/19. We entered and the sign said seat yourself. We sat at a large table in the corner with 4 adults and 3 children. It took over 10 mins for a waitress to come to our table. We ordered 5 waters, 1 tea and a beer. It took at least another 10 mins to get our drinks. At this time K...(do not know how to spell her name) took our orders, 1 sampler plate with fries, 2 orders of boneless wings and 3 chicken tender kids meals. Over 30 minutes later, another waiter brought the sampler plate and the 2 boneless wing platters, but not the kids meals or the extra fries. The onion rings and the nachos were cold on the sampler plate. At least the boneless wings were decent. He said he would tell our waitress. 20 mins later the kids meals came out, but still did not get the order of fries. Now, we have been there over an hour! The waitress never came back to check to see if our food came out, if we needed anything, or if we needed drink refills. I finally got her attention and waived her over. I ask her for refills on the drinks, said the kids meals just came out and told her we still did not get the fries. ( She said she entered the order altogether) At this point, I should have said forget it for the fries. She brought us refills, but still no fries. When she brought the fries, I ask for a to go box. It took her at least 5 mins to get the box and the check. What was really bizarre, she handed us the check and stood there waiting for us to pay. We have been to many, many BWW all over the country and never have we experienced such a terribly managed restaurant. Either the waitress is poorly trained, or just doesn't care. I do not blame her for the food not coming out together or some of the food on the sampler plate being cold, that is a kitchen and management problem. If you don't have staffing, you should not open so many tables. Judging by the reviews, this is an ongoing problem. I do not like giving such a bad review, but this restaurant is not up to the standards of what your guests...
Read moreWhen you walk in you have to find a clean table to sit then you need to go and pick your own menu and later flag to get an employee’s attention to serve you. This is at 7.30pm on Tuesday night when there was just few customers and they were not busy. So we ordered appetizers and drinks after we finally found a server 😊… the drink was wrong when served so she went back to get another one and fixed that issue. Another table of 6 was sat next to us and they ordered their food and drinks and it was served in 5 minutes and our appetizers has still not arrived and I assumed our appetizer was more complicated so it might take little longer.. it was the sampler platter the one on number one in the list of appetizers. Finally I found someone to let them know that our appetizers has still not arrived and table that came later then us are almost about to finish eating their food. Finally the appetizer platter came in but it was wrong also because it was Supposed to have boneless wings instead they sent bone in wings. Which they didn’t fixed and made us eat what they wanted to serve..🤓… then we flagged our server again to make the dinner order and and my second drink. Second drink came wrong also and was very strong and I told the server but she didn’t do anything about it and I didn’t touched the drink but it was still in our final bill. When the food was served then my friends order was very salty he orders Thai curry or something like that sauce. He eat one piece and I tried another to understand what the problem was . Asked for the bill and everything was in the bill and no manager or anyone came to talk or ask how everything was and ask for service. I don’t think I am ever going back or ordering food online or...
