Horrible service. Went in Sunday(12/16/18) to upgrade my phone they didn’t have my phone in stock or any of the accessories for it. They said they would get a shipment on Monday I said I would wait and call on Monday to see about their shipment. I called yesterday and they guy that answered the phone acted like I was bothering him to ask a question. I asked if the phone came in and the accessories for it he said he didn’t know that there was all kind of boxes back there. He took my name and number and said I will call you back with an answer. I did ask him if I ordered everything from their corporate office if I could bring the screen protector in and. They put it on for me he said NO No call back went in today at 5:20(12/18/18) to see if anything came in well they weren’t busy but no one came in and checked us in or anything there was a couple ahead of me and then another person came in after me. We sat there for about 10 minutes until they acknowledged us. Finally my turn comes up after sitting there for about 20 minutes. I tell the lady what I need and she says I am not sure what we have or don’t have. She came back had the phone I was excited by this point I was like ok great I want to do the bundle with a case,charger and screen protector. She said oh I am sorry we don’t have the screen protector for it. She said they didn’t come in but we have iPhone. Like seriously if I wanted an iPhone I would have got that. Read moreAbsolutely awful is my rating. The staff was by far the rudest group of people I have meet in a very long time. Beth and Danielle in particular were the worst. One man did seem to try to help, but Beth shoo'd him away before he could finish his sentence. I had a problem with my phone obviously and thought I knew the reason for the issue. Instead of fixing it Beth called Danielle over to what I can only describe as a pathetic attempt to show dominance. Her ONLY concern was to prove me wrong by any means necessary. All it would have taken was a correction and shown how my theory wasn't accurate. All the glares, smirks, giggles to each other were unnecessary. Then when they took my phone to the back it seemed that as before no one wanted to acknowledge I was there, suddenly glared at me when they came from the backroom. I tested this by moving each time and it was a conscious effort to find me. I can only imagine what was being said about me for asking them to do their JOB. In the end not only did they not even try to help, they told me to go somewhere else with my problems and the Beth threw one last underhanded joke just as I'm walking out with Beth laughing at my expense. Read moreIf i could i would give zero stars. Me and my husband went in the store tonight to get his account straightened out. There was a younger woman who assisted us and was all out rude to us . We told her what was going on and what we needed and was asking for guidance or help to the situation and she was so unhelpful and acted like we didn’t belong in the store. We gave her his license since they ask for it every other time we go. She rudely asked how old he was without looking or even acknowledging his i’d . We then proceeded telling her what the problem was and she went on to say well you’re a child it’s childish and that he was talking in codes and she wasn’t understanding it . He then told her again what was going on and that’s when she said the child part . The whole problem we were having is someone had hacked his Verizon account and charged him 2,000 dollars. What are you not understanding about that how is any of that talking in codes . How are we childish when we are trying to resolve the problem for being charged for something we didn’t do .
