My Mom and I went through the drive through to get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with double egg on it since she loves getting that, but when we got it in the drive through her biscuit was burnt. We asked to get a normal not burnt one, but apparently they had a whole tray of burnt biscuits and instead of making new ones the shift manager seemed to have told the staff to just serve the burnt ones. The employee at the window was very understanding and managed to find a normal biscuit but the shift manager was irritated the whole time and complained within earshot from the window about having to help us. Very rude.
Then we get back to work with the biscuit, guess what? No cheese. No cheese on the egg and cheese biscuit. The one other part of the biscuit. And we didn’t have the extra egg we ordered.
So we drive back because we have no cheese and the extra egg and instead of apologizing that we had to DRIVE BACK to get what we ordered or immediately helping us the shift manager had an immediate attitude and started talking down to her staff, being rude to them since she didn’t want to deal with us. We said it was fine to just give us a slice of cheese and the egg but she refused to help us since all they had was burnt biscuits and she “Didn’t want to get fired” since apparently handing a slice of cheese and egg we bought in a styrofoam container to us was against company policy and she’d need to make a new biscut to get the order right (again only burnt biscuits were available).
So she just didn’t help us, one of the employees had to instead and he did so politely with complete sanitation and no issues put a slice of cheese and the extra egg into a container and gave it to us. Very helpful and had a great attitude.
In short, employees are wonderful it’s just the shift manager or manager that was the problem. Having someone be rude to both employees and customers is bad business. We’d love to keep getting the delicious breakfast items here but she’s ruined our experience...
Read moreFood was lukewarm, but tasty. Customer service was terrible. To begin, only the drive through was open (due to COVID). However, when I pulled up I was only one in line. I quickly placed my order and then pulled forward 10 feet to pay. In the 2-5 seconds before I could pay, another car pulled up behind me, and the cashier started to take the next order. They must have been ordering for 20 people, because that car took over five minutes to place their order. The cashier could have taken my money first, but chose to start the next order. In the ensuing five minutes, my food sat in the pickup window getting cold. When the cashier finally took my money, I asked why she didn’t take my money before taking the next order. She got snippy with me saying she couldn’t back out of an order once it was started, so I just had to wait (five minutes) for her to take the money. I pulled up to the pickup window, got my food (that had been sitting there getting cold) and I asked for the manager. She and three other came to the window and rudely started yelling that “the delay was due to COVID.” Wow, really? Poor attitudes, poor operational flow, and poor customer service were all “due to COVID”.... In summation, the manager and staff need to accept responsibility and not blame...
Read moreThe front staff totally ignores people when they come in. A gentleman ahead of us must have stood there for a while; he seemed frustrated. The clerk was ignoring him, and us, while she and another woman kept going back and forth, talking. Not one person said "We'll be right with you, or anything else. When the clerk came back, she didn't apologize for the wait to the gentleman and he just told her what he wanted. When he walked away to wait for his order, she then walked AWAY from the counter, still without acknowledging us at all. Just as we were about to leave, she came back and didn't apologize to us for the wait, just waited for us to tell her what we wanted. What kind of service is that? Pitiful, that what. I won't do their survey that they offer for a free biscuit with sausage, because I've done them before and they don't care. How about this, Bojangles? Start treating the customer, who actually make it possible for you to make a salary, like YOU would want to be treated. What you do now is don't give a you-know-what. One more thing....your biscuits are far too crumbly. They fall apart when one tries to eat them as a sandwich. Add some more liquid to...
