I place the online order for a large one-topping pizza that they had for online only and I put on special instructions to cut it into squares I went to pick it up and when I picked it up I opened it and it was cut into regular triangles so I asked them hey I have to put this into squares and the black lady with long black hair (Angela)argued with me saying that I did not do that on the receipt kept saying that old she was just give me credit for it if I don't like it and was being extremely rude and was being also very vulgar and snobby to me when all I was was being nice and asked them if they can just remake it real quick and give me the ones cut into squares for me and she had the biggest issue with that talking about that I can just give you credit for it and she gave me the receipt and slammed it in my hand and was just very rude something needs to be done with this woman it's not my fault that they didn't read the instructions on the online order she alone makes me not want to come here again my next pizza order when I'm in the mood for pizza will not be at Pizza Hut because this is very rudely of her to do and a nuisance for her to be a snob just because they didn't follow instructions I'm a well-known reviewer that expresses my opinion based on how the food is and how the staff treat me like I said above she was extremely rude and insisted that she gives me store credit for it instead of giving me my pizza cut the right way I had to argue with her for 3 minutes for her to make my food again the right way and see what's still being rude it's not her lips rolled her eyes at me this is just beyond crazy how is she going to treat her customers like that they opened up the new restaurant and I thought that they would be better staff but it seems like they still have the rude stuff...
Read moreI placed a carry-out order about 20 minutes before pickup for a large SUPREME and pepperoni pizza. My order was confirmed over the phone. Once I got home and opened my order, I received a cheese and pepperoni (no big deal). I called and let them know I received the wrong order and was told, "You didn't order Supreme," because they rang me up incorrectly for a cheese on my receipt, even though it was confirmed over the phone that I ordered a Supreme and a pepperoni. Then, after back and forth on the phone, I was told by the manager they can refund me for the cheese and ring me up for a Supreme because of the significant price difference, so I agreed. Once I got to the restaurant to pay and pick up my Supreme, I'm told by the manager they aren't going to charge me for the Supreme. I asked if they were sure—I didn't mind paying—and he said, "They are telling us not to because it would make us (Pizza Hut) look bad." Along with other commentary, very loudly, from kitchen staff to the manager about how they could never be in management because of customers, etc. I am happy with the outcome and getting my order corrected, but very UNHAPPY with the commentary and indirectly being called a liar about what I ordered because of a simple mistake by staff that could have easily been resolved without all the additional UNPROFESSIONAL comments directed towards me for wanting the correct order. Plenty of people working even managers but nothing. Next, is the seasoning packets...they have none so they charge you almost $2 for small seasoning shaker which is ridiculous. Every pizza restaurant I have been to would never. They all have their own shakers on the table even an upscale pizza place like Mellow Mushrooms has them to use.
