Went for dinner lastnight for the first time. We walked in around 7 and it seemed to be getting to be a busy time once we sat down. ( about 3 other tables sat down staggering in after us) there was 1 waitress. Being a waitress I understood especially if you’re not use to rotating between so many tables. But there was no concern for how long people were waiting. After 30 ish mins we were able to order. There was one guy from the back who appeared and ran food for 2 tables ( he tried he didn’t even know what tables the food was for which resulted in him coming to each table asking them if it was there food) . He then disappears and the waitress is on her own again. Then after almost an hour another lady pops up. Starts helping run food, bussing tables. And I’m sitting here thinking if there were people all along why was no one helping? There were two tables who ended up getting up and leaving because of how long the service was taking. The next part is why I’m giving this experience 1 star. The food was good, a little pricey but still good.
After being here for about an hour and a half I was over it, I was tired and ready to go home because coming into the establishment I thought it would be quick and easy. The waitress drops off the check doesn’t say she will be back to grab it so I decided to walk to the front counter to pay. The lady that was assisting her was extremely rude and literally said to the waitress “ get these people because they were being impatient and couldn’t wait a second”. Mind you, I’ve waited ALOT of seconds, been extremely patient and understanding but this was completely uncalled for. I asked our waitress as we were checking out if that was her manager and she said it was a “ fill in” manger who comes when the normal manager isn’t working. I would hope that when the normal person is there it’s not like that. But for this “ manager” to have the audacity to say something when there was no clear understanding to begin with wether the waitress would be back or if we cashed out up front solidified everything for the evening. Mind you this manager wasn’t even in proper uniform if you want to talk about health code standards and I’m sure what the restaurant up holds. I feel bad for the waitress who has to deal with poor management and the actual store the manager may or may not run. It’s extremely...
Read moreUpdate due to Google adjusting when this was posted. I'm rating this location 2 stars due to the service I received on May 3rd, 2023. I ordered my food at 4:40pm. I watched what I assumed to be my order be placed on the counter at about 4:55pm. The cashier, who was also doubling as a server was waiting on another table. When she finally returned at about 5:01pm, she checked the food, bagged it up, and handed it to a couple who had ordered about 5 minutes after me. I was a little confused, but no biggie I had no clue what they had ordered. About 5 more minutes passed by, and the server realized she gave away my food. Again, mistakes happen I figured that's what I just witnessed anyway. She apologizes and says she'll have to have it remade. There's not much I can do about it, so I just said "ok." At 5:19pm she notices a bunch of to go orders up at the window and says, "Sir, if you just meet me at the counter, I'll get your food." I get to the counter and see her frantically opening each box to realize my order is still not there. She queried the kitchen, and it seemed to be a lot of confused faces. One of the cooks says, "You should probably give him a discount or some free food." She responds "He already paid a while ago, so I can't." She then hands me a $5 off coupon. Which he laughs and says, "Like he is going to come back after this." I smirked because I'm thinking boy he doesn't know how right he is. They then realize one of the other cooks had been working on my meal. At 5:24pm I finally receive my order. Again, with verbal apologizes as I took the bag. Upon arriving at my destination, I opened the bag and realized carrots and celery were missing, but I chalked that up to the chaos of the situation. The food was good to be fair. The $5 off coupon kind of felt like a smack in the face in my opinion. Why would I reward terrible service with a...
Read moreNothing worse than dropping $120 on some piss poor food. This place is beyond terrible. Don't waste your money or time at this place like we did! When we first arrived we were seated and our drink orders were taken.. take note that we were the only group there besides one other small group of 3-4 ppl at (5:30 p.m.) It took 15 minutes if not longer just to get our drinks because our waitress would rather be on her phone in the kitchen and pass her Starbucks drink around to the cooks in the back for them to try it (all while we are still waiting for our drinks) Eww! Is that even allowed in a restaurant kitchen where other peoples food is being prepared? Anyways, ordered our food and was told that they didn't have any chicken wings brined.. either we could order something else or wait 20 extra minutes for them to brine some wings (right at dinner time) so we chose to wait 🙄 Ordered the birria beef tacos as well and they barely had any meat on them at all, were cold and the shell was soggy and disgusting.. $17 x's 2 orders for that! Smfh! Got a bacon cheese burger and the bacon was no where near crispy.. it was pure flimsy and closer to raw! & to top off the already disgusting food and high prices, the service from our waitress was absolutely terrible as well.. being that nobody was even in there and she had only one other table besides us! Very bad experience! Zero stars! Do not recommend! Do yourself and favor and just take your money...
