THERE MUST BE A NEW MANAGER HER NAME IS RILEY, BEEN GOING HERE FOR 6 YEARS NEVER A ISSUE. TODAY I MADE AN ORDER IN PERSON FOR ME AND MY CO WORKERS AS IT'S ME WHO ALWAYS RAVES ABOUT THIS PLACE. IT SEEMED A NEW ORDER TAKER AS WAS STILL LEARNING MADE A MISTAKE AND GAVE ME TWO ORDERS AND NOT THE 3 I ORDERED CALLED AFTER GETTING BCAK TO WORK AND TOLD HER WHAT HAPPENED NOW ALMOST 45 MINUTES LATER AND A BIT UPSET AND VERY HUNGRY ALL SHE COULD SAY WAS WELL SIR YOU WERE NEVER CHARGED FOR THE FIRST ONE SO YOUR FREE TO COME BACK AND PAY THE FULL PRICE FOR ANOTHER ONE, HUNGRY AND A BIT PEEVED I WENT BACK AND THE SWEET CASHIER APOLOGIZED BUT RILEY REFUSED TO EVEN GIVE ME SO MUCH AS A DISCOUNT. First I’ll say I love Chicken Salad Chick but we just stopped at the one in Enterprise Ala. & got our usual Large Grape Salad & Large Cranberry Kelli to go. We’re headed home from the beach & eat the Grape Salad in the car. To our surprise all the grapes were very soft & the white glaze had no taste. When I left the store I asked for another little cup of the brown sugar & nut topping but was told they only give one per Large order or I could pay a $1.00. I'd have to say for my first experience here I was not impressed. I mentioned this to the employee who took my order and when she asked me "what side did I want?". I replied with "what sides do you have?". Her response was "it's on the board". Great costumer service (sarcasm)! The chicken salad was bland for having apples and grapes in it and the croissant was dry. I will say that the macaroni and cheese was good. But that's a bad thing when your specialty is chicken salad not Mac and cheese. This will be a pass over the next time I'm in town for lunch.
