Panda Express — Restaurant in Enterprise

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I arrived at the Panda Express drive-thru at 719 PM. I waited for quite sometime before finally making it to the speaker to order. Upon arriving at the speaker, I was informed that several items on their menu were not available and that I would have to wait. I decided not to wait and chose things that we're supposedly available. However, regardless of my choice, I continued to wait. As previously stated, I arrived in the drive-thru line at 719 PM. I did not receive my food until 759 PM. Waiting in a drive-thru line for 40 minutes is entirely unacceptable.

Although the drive-thru wait was not the only failure of the Enterprise Panda Express this visit. When an employee at the window finally greeted me after some time, she became fixated on the dog sitting in my passenger seat. The employee then decided to call the other employees in the restaurant to the window to look at the dog. Instead of remedying the inconvenience or working to decrease the wait time of the costumers behind me, the employees made faces and sounds at my dog.

Finally, after getting to my house from a trip that should have taken a total of 15 minutes, I sat down to enjoy my food. To my surprise, my order was wrong. Enterprise Panda Express, you failed in every aspect of that experience.

I will not be going to that Panda Express or another Panda Express at any other location again. In my opinion, the supervisor on shift that night should be fired immediately for lack of any leadership skills whatsoever. There was no attempt to make the situation better, no apology, or even a mention of the situation. The employees acted as if nothing was wrong. The manager that placed that individual in a supervising position should also be fired for lack of common sense and managing ability.

I am not looking for any support from the Panda Express Corporation. They have failed to apply and enforce any standards for this establishment. Customers have expressed many similar concerns in the past, and Panda Express has stated that they would address the issue. Their attempt to ”address the issue”...

My fiancé Neil ordered a family meal last night where we had chow mein, fried rice, double teriyaki chicken, and orange chicken. First off we love Panda Express. We would eat it everyday if possible. Getting this order was beyond disappointing. Chow mein was over cooked and hard for my kids so they wouldn’t even eat. fried rice half of it was not cooked all the way and hard. Teriyaki chicken that I love chewy not like it usually is. Did not pack soy sauce. So rice was gross without said soy sauce. When I came to get it at first they couldn’t find it then when I repeated the name they did but the girl on shift was very rude. I asked if the sauces and fortune cookies were in it and resaid the order to make sure nothing was left out. She acted like I was bothering her and rudely said this order is for Neil. If you’re picking up for Neil this is it. Then handed it to me. She gave me teriyaki sauce and fortune cookies in a separate bag but again no soy sauce and the food wasn’t made well. They were not busy, no drive through, and almost no one in the parking lot. When we called back my fiancé Neil called and was told he would get a full refund. Waiting on that. I think the staff needs management to reteach customer service and to get more staff because the drive through was shut down with signs all over it. It’s okay to have bad day and admit that it has been it’s never okay to give bad service because you don’t like your job. I myself work...

First time eating at Panda Express. I ordered online and the pickup time was 8:30. I arrived at 8:35. I called about my order because the doors were locked. The guy on the phone told me to go through the drive-thru. The lady told me we were out of white rice and do you want fried rice instead. I told her fried rice is fine. 20 min later a different lady came over and asked what the order was. I told her. She said there’s no white rice. She came off as rude. My bf told her our food was supposed to be ready by 8:30. She said, “So what do you wanna do?.” I’m just thinking: Uhm, I already paid so you better give me my food. Unless you are going give me my money back. My bf told her we’ll have fried rice. She told me to park at the front and we’ll give you your order when it’s ready. 10 min later, we got finally got our food. I ordered grilled teriyaki chicken and it didn’t have teriyaki sauce on it. I even put utensils, napkins, teriyaki sauce, sweet and sour sauce, and soy sauce for the additional requests. The only ones we got were the utensils and soy sauce. Bad experience for my first time eating at Panda Express. I won’t be eating at this Panda...
