Food is good however do not use their 3rd party for delivery go in and pick up your own food. You may or may not get it, no one can tell you where it is and you have to wait for a manger following day for refund. I don’t even live 1 mile away. Last 2 deliveries horrible and now I’m done. First delivery had a gallon of mayo and no bacon even though it was included on sandwich I ordered, when I called she said “we’re training someone new”. This was the “club” I paid $10 for. Not worth the hassle the calling back just for a sandwich to be right. No add ons no substitutes were made when I placed order. I ordered sandwich as it appeared as they make it, simple right? Been going to this location for over 10 years, living in the Mtns Edge area. Decided to stop by with my daughter for after noticing a FB Post for $4 Bobbies (promotion celebrating Capriottis birthday). So I order from Raymond 2 of the birthday promos. He tells me he never heard of that promo, then goes and asks for assistance. Apparently some manager then informs me, “Oh that special was yesterday”. Ok...so the Capriottis post came up on my FB this morning for a promo yesterday? Regardless I decide to pay full price for the 2 sandwiches.
