Hope a las vegas manager reads this, tonight I went to del taco at this address and I heard the drive thru cashier asking me for my order and I answered him back and I kept repeating my order over and over, the way I see they were not really listen me enough and the cashier was asking me twice, three, four times what I wanted then I went to the window and knocked it and nobody showed up and my wife went outside to knock the front door to see there was an person a spanic woman and a black person specifically speaking, wearing a del taco uniform and she already saw us getting out of my car knocking also the window and she acted like ignoring us then I went again inside my car around for a second time to the drive thru speaker and I saw from there the man wearing a headphone mic and then he asked me again what I wanted to order. but at that moment it looked like they were just playing games around with me and with my order and at the same time just wasting my time. I just left with empty stomach... UPDATE: the next hour I called back over the phone to speak to somebody and ask name but the same drive thru person voice told me his name wasn't important, ok, then we waited to the next day to speak with a manager and we were sadly informed he was returning from vacation casually next morning but promised to be compensated with free food...we don't look for free food, we want just a decent and clean service for the price Del Taco promise and advertise everywhere! People be aware of this type of pranks at Del Taco, they have a bad taste. Only 1 star otherwise we just can't post our review. but not even one at this store at the grave...
Read moreWe didn't end up going to Del Taco after sitting in the drive thru line for almost 20 minuets and still having 5 cars in front of us waiting to order we made the choice to go somewhere less busy. Unfortunately this isn't the fault of Del Taco or its employees rather the lack thereof. This particular Del Taco is suffering the same fate as many fast food reasturants these days not because they don't want to help customers but simply they don't have the employees TO help customers. The dining rooms of many fast food reasturants are closed because they don't have the necessary people to cover both posts. On top of that I have seen and heard many fast food employees being yelled at and berated because the service is to slow or something wasn't right. Give these people a break!! They are over worked for little pay and then have to deal with entitled A-holes who are to busy worrying about themselves to even muster up a little bit of human decency. I wouldn't want to stay at that job either! We will be back hopefully next time more people will be working or the place won't be so busy. Either way be kind! It's not helping anyone to be...
