JINYA Ramen Bar - Rainbow — Restaurant in Enterprise

Im gonna start this off by saying I've never been partial to ramen places. With that being said, since going to JINYA I have the constant urge to return to this one. It's nestled into a small shopping center just off of Rainbow like many places in the area it's new and very clean on the inside. The interior is decorated in a modern take on the traditional ramen house with both deep bench seating as well as normal chairs and tables if you don't like being so close to your bowl. If you come solo no worries there is bar top seating near the kitchen as well! I went on a Wednesday night and there was no wait, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Now to the nitty gritty, the ramen was delicious.... and I mean delicious. The broth was just the right amount of salty with taste unlike the many salty contemporaries you'll find in the area. The noodles were cooked to perfection and like many places you can always order more on the side both large flat and small. Each bowl comes with the ability to add extra from additional eggs to peppers, to veggies and even butter! But the customizations dont stop there. With each bowl you can change the broth or the protein for another, add or subtract ingredients, or even take the "spicy" out and put it off to the side. All in all it was a wonderful experience made better by the staff, i'll definitely be coming back soon! My recommendation is the Jinya black paired with a nice Kirin to wash...

Wonderful experience from start to finish! We came new years day with a party of 5 and it was busy. We only waited about ten minutes for a table and we were kept updated the whole time. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. As you are seated, the hostess yells out "Irisshai!" And the rest of the staff yells it back in response. It means 'welcome' in Japanese and I thought it was such a nice touch.

I can't remember the server's name (started with an R, Reggie maybe?) But he was excellent. Very informative and extremely attentive. Timely refill on drinks and frequently checking on us with recommendations. Anyone who came to our table provided us with excellent service as well.

The food was delicious as well. We ordered Spicy creamy vegan ramen, beef bowl, spicy chicken ramen, and a few other dishes (I think a total of 7) and there wasn't a single complaint all the way around.

I myself am a very picky eater so me to even find something I could order (spicy creamy vegan ramen) was a miracle, and the fact that I like it enough to eat most of it was even more impressive.

As we left, the whole restaurant shouted out 'thank you!'

I always wanted to try out ramen for a good while, and I’m BEYOND SATISFIED. The environment of the joint is really welcoming and nice, the time to prepare the food is good, the service is great and friendly, and the drinks are good. What about the ramen though? Man, not to be over exaggerated, but JINYA’S ramen is some of best food I’ve ever had, this is the first REAL ramen I’ve ever had yet so I can’t say as much as the other guy who went to more ramen shops than me, but the ramen is AMAZING, the broth is great and goes down nicely, the noodles are great, the egg is tasty, the Spicy sauce is good but is pretty spicy as it should be, and the pork is GODLY, I’m serious I expected the pork to be good but MY GOD, when I ate some of the pork I felt like time STOPPED for about 4 seconds as my brain was trying to process it, if you are able to eat a good amount , this will fill you up nicely, if not you can bring it back home. In conclusion, everything about the place is great, amazing food, service, and the way the food is presented is very nice. A great place to...
