KFC — Restaurant in Nevada

Absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! This restaurant is by far one of the best fast food restaurants I've ever visited in my entire life! Hence the five-star rating! I rarely give five star ratings to restaurants of this nature (as in fast food); however, when the experience is such as this, it's next to Impossible for me to avoid giving a five-star rating.

The experience, for me, began with the presentation of the exterior of the restaurant. It was pristine! I didn't see a cigarette butt or piece of loose trash or any kind of debris anywhere. Then, when I entered this establishment, I walked into an interior that looks like it would belong in someone's living room. Lol.. as you'll see from the pictures and videos I included, the gentleman (who was not wearing a name tag) was doing an amazing job of keeping the space clean.

There was no food on the floor or stains of any kind. The countertop was very clean and so was the drinking area. Additionally, the same gentleman I referred to before? Well, he was super friendly and very kind. He was very patient as well. That man was working very hard, as you can see from the videos. Furthermore, the gentleman at the register (who was also name tagless) was super friendly. The customer service, alone, from those two gentlemen was enough to encourage me to give them an easy four-star rating.

Yet, the piece that pushed me over the edge, for the five-star rating, was seeing the men's restroom! I could not BELIEVE how perfectly clean that bathroom was. LOOK AT THE PICTURES; SEE FOR YOURSELF! If I were staying at a 3 or 4 or 5-star hotel, or dining at a restaurant of the same caliber, I would expect nothing less. But, to find such pleasurable conditions in a fast food restaurant (after 8 o'clock in the evening, no less) was more than I could have anticipated.

In closing, I would be remiss if I didn't mention how perfectly cooked the food was. Nothing was burned or overcooked or undercooked. Even the green beans were fresh! The tenders were a nice, golden brown, and had clearly been cooked in that moment (or earlier...but they tasted fresh, anyway)

Yes...this place deserves 5 stars and even more! Bravi tutti to the whole team! And kudos to the management and owners for employing the RIGHT PEOPLE. I'll visit...

August 13 Friday 915 pm after going to drive thru at the Silverado Ranch location just 20 mins before and being told they were closed at 855pm when it clearly says 10pm we drove even farther from home to this location and arrived at 915pm. Store closes at 11pm so plenty of time to get orders made. However we were told thru drive thru that they only had 3 pieces of chicken left and would not be making anymore for the night. So my 16piece Family Meal was a no go AGAIN and yet there was still an hour and 45 mins left before closing. UM OK so you have nearly two hours before you close and you decide to stop working? I even ask "dont you close at 11pm ?" To which she said, yeah but we are not cooking anymore tonight..... So that was the last straw for me. There were 2 other cars that pulled in behind me and were turned away as well. So never again KFC drove from Anthem to two different locations and both were a disappointment. From now on Popeyes will be our go to. Not sure how you plan on staying in busy very long when you are turning away business at more than 1 location. Good...

I don't usually write these but the MANAGER at this store really upset me and I want you to know how they do business. I ordered a pot pie and she told me I couldn't buy them after 8 or I had to wait a half hour...now it was 9 and they close at 1030...that was irritating seeing as I go there or another store twice a week at this time or later and buy them without a problem. So I decide on a two piece meal original recipe. She says we don't have any thighs in original and she offers extra crispy...I tell her I don't like crispy so she says I can have two legs then. So I say I don't want two legs because thats not gonna fill me up can you give me a breast She says she has to charge me two dollars for the breast. Now normally if I want an upgrade I would pay with no problem but I want a thigh you don't have it and you should not charge me because you don't have anything I want. I'm already settling now this is how you the MANAGER takes care of the customer. Jacqueline sucks and kfc has lost me...I took my money to Don tortaco and the people...
