I will not be coming here at this location anymore. This used to be my go to spot for good subs and great service but it seems it’s just certain individuals that will give you good service and honor coupons that we customers receive. I come here and tip all the time $5 or more for not even 2 minutes of a person making a sandwich for you because I am in the industry and I know they deserve something but remember what you put out into the universe is what you’ll get back. I asked a young lady a question about a marketing coupon that we customers get all the time from emails? She said she doesn’t know and she doesn’t do coupons. Mind you I come here a lot it’s not about pricing it’s about taking advantage of coupons if we can and service we receive especially if it’s a place you come to all the time in the neighborhood, So I just said forget it.. but I asked another employee it seems she’s the manager and I know she would recognize me because I come here a lot. I asked hey you remember right? How do I take advantage of the coupon? She said that it’s more for a different location because they need more business but this location can honor it. So knowing that I’m asking questions about my coupon I received she didn’t even bother asking if I wanted to use it at their location, like it was a bother to them or something or like their going to get in trouble if they honor a coupon for Jersey mikes at blue diamond and buffalo. I asked why doesn’t the email say it’s for a certain location then? She said she doesn’t have a answer? that’s why this location will not get my business anymore good bye blue diamond and buffalo location. So anyone reading this and if you want to use a coupon just remember it’s a matter of the individual your dealing with to get the service you all deserve if they will honor a simple coupon and get seamless great...
Read moreThe gentleman that cut our sandwich meat was very pleasant. The young girl who made our sandwiches was rude and very inexperienced on sandwich making. My husband had a #7. He asked for light lettuce, and she grabbed a huge handful . She had to be told twice, "Light lettuce," then she added the tomatoes and onions. When it came to the O&V, she shook it so many times that I made a comment to how much she was adding. that I told her not to touch my sandwich, I would add my own when I get home. I've been eating Jersey Mike's for over 10+ years, and I'm sorry shaking the O&V 6 to 7 times is way more than they should. I also told her that when she so rudely told me, that's how we make the sandwiches. I definitely won't be back at this location. I will go out of my way to the Las Vegas Blvd location. By the time we got home, less than 5 mins later, his sandwich was mush. I had to run to Albertsons to get a roll to transfer his...
Read moreHey, the Mighty Gamera here. We had a two for one coupon, so we thought we'd try it. It's a good thing we had said coupon or we'd never pay those prices for a sandwich. I mean, yikes! $10 for a 6 inch Philly? Has everyone gone out of their mind?
Anyway, it was a really good sandwich, though. Way better than Subways. You don't get the wide array of options like you do at Subway, but in this case, it was okay.
The atmosphere struck me as weird, and there was some initial confusion as to where to start the order. I also don't think I'd want to dine in. It's too small and a bit busy. It was clean and smelled okay. And if I remember right, the bathroom was clean.
So, if you have deep pockets, unlike me... (giant turtles don't have pockets) then enjoy some super expensive sandwiches.
Way to go, current administration, on handling inflation... what's next? $20 for...
