Jollibee — Restaurant in Enterprise

Hi. I am honestly out of word. I don’t know if I just got on a very bad day for the whole crew last Sunday. February 16,2025. It was in the evening shift. I have to pick up food from of course our homeland pride Jolibee for the baby shower of my brother and his wife. I came there with all smiles and positive attitude came out with shaking entire body out of anger and frustration. Let me start with the “floor lead” the one that is wearing the blue shirt on the floor service she was answering the drive thru as well.i work in customer service as well. But man I have never been rude to a customer that already is suffering from anxiety because I was just sent there to pay and pick up the food. As I approached this said leader, I asked her if she’s familiar with this name “Jacky” that works in there and have the order ready for pick up. And she immediately said “huh? Jacky? What’s the last name? Where’s the receipt?” With her matching left eyebrows lifted and looking me up and down. I said oh maybe she has not placed it. And then this “lead” was murmuring to the other server and they started looking at me and laughing. So I am diagnosed with anxiety and bipolar. But I hold myself up and try to stay professional. As I was setting up my Apple Pay because apparently I forgot my wallet where the party was. She was making fun of me along with her crew. As they were preparing food. And when she reached the cashier area she said and I quote “asan Ang resibo netong babae na to?” Server said “Wala pa po maam, they haven’t paid yet” and the lead grabbed the tray of spaghetti threw it in their kitchen counter and said “oh Wala pa palang bayad bakit hinanda na to?” And they all laughed. As they were still mocking me I was shaking on the side while setting up the Apple Pay still. And then she remarked again “kung Wala kasing pang bayad alis nalang, Wala ng libre ngayon” and they all laughed again. When I finally able to pay, I said here, here’s the receipt maam. And then I asked for a manager and they gave me one of their guy supervisor I addressed to him what happened and he was just looking at me blankly and did not even asked his crew or the floor lead to apologize. They were all making fun of me while I was struggling. For someone that has mental disorder it’s really not okay to be bullied especially in crowd. I have attempted to call corporate million times, emailed and left a review but no one cared to answer. I hope that no one will ever experience this again. We are already being bullied by other race, why can’t we atleast be there for each other and be proud to be Filipino because we are all well know hospitable? Oh why oh why would they put pillars embedded into the concrete of a drive-thru where cars go through? No other fast food chain has this why would they do this with this one? Must be paranoid that some big truck will ram right into the building which is a good few feet away from the curb. I guess the main gas line meter right at the corner of the building where cars make turns doesn’t help. These posts should be removed. I cannot tell you how many times I see people inches away from hitting the posts as they make the turn to the order screen. I mean they even put cones to avoid the posts, isn’t that what curbs are for? Doesn’t make sense. Paranoid. Judging from the cones they already put in I’m sure some cars already got damaged. Liability. That and other stuff like the order screen roof doesn’t protect you from rain when you order and some other botchy half finished stuff I see outside the building. On a budget maybe, this aint a mcdonalds. But but but the food is damn good. I would say their chicken is better than KFC and Popeyes thats for sure (maybe they get their chicken from the same...

It has been years since I went to a Jollibee , so I went last night after work . I kid a couple Filipino co-workers about it . I got the 3 Piece Spicy Chickenjoy with mashed potatoes and Adobo rice . Also got a Cheesy Yumburger just to try . I only took a couple bites , didn’t like it . The chicken was okay and same with the mashed potatoes and rice . I will go back sometime to try the Spicy Chicken Sandwich .

The parking lot is tight with small spaces for like a compact car , but not for a large car or truck unless you park closer to the grocery store . The drive thru was busy and looks tight so you better have a small car like a Camry or Civic . There was a line too in the drive thru , so it is popular . I went inside to order and it was clean and decorated with lots of red and a very nice Christmas tree . The employees were nice and my food came out pretty quickly .

It will probably be a while before I go again . I just wasn't that impressed with the food . I will get the Spicy Chicken Sandwich next time , just to compare with all the other restaurants that are out there with...
