Rice n Noodle — Restaurant in Enterprise

Feb 19. 2018 we ordered food from this restaurant. I saw the kitchen at first and it was really messy and it looked dirty. I ignored anyways. We got home with our food and we found lots of dead insects in our Beef and Broccoli! At first my sister saw one and i thought we could let it pass if its just one.. but then i saw my plate that there were 4 then the whole empty box had insects and dead spiders too. We thought it was BLACK PEPPER but it WASNT! We gave it back. Got our refund but hey. I didnt see anyone talk to the cooks right after we left. We brought the food back since we didnt finish it just to show them. I didnt have enough time to separate all the insects from the food. I wanna make sure that this never happens again. I worked as a manager in a restaurant before and that was a violation already. They didnt clean the broccoli well or some insects got into the sauce or i dont know. They better have Ecolab spray out the kitchen to kill insect eggs around their store. They were even so busy when we got back and i hope they were mindful of what they were eating. They were lucky we were calm when we complained it but i will make sure someone gets to know this. NO ONE DESERVES DEAD SPIDERS AND INSECTS...

The food was really good but they need to wrk on their customer service. Had to repeat my order 4x and even then they got it wrong. 5 of us sat to dine in & yet they served it as if it was to go & with no napkins, plates or silver/plasticware, they seemed concerned & kept staring at us because we were eating there but yet they never said anything about us not being allowed. Nor was there a sign not to. There was no trash to the public either & was told just to leave it on the table. When I asked for napkins, I was only given 3 yet it was 5 of us & when we couldn't make that work so I asked for atleast 2 more, the young lady working there seemed angry & said we already got some. Then the older lady gave me 2 more after I explained to her that 3 wasn't enough. I know we didn't go there for the napkins but their approach to customer service was really upsetting. I won't be dinning in anymore, I would just recommend it for take out. Just make sure wherever you go eat there's everything to eat with because all you're getting is...

Speed: We sat down to eat inside and got two lunch specials and pot stickers. It literally took under 2 minutes to get our food. The food was crispy and fresh, no mistaking it was made to order.

Cost/Portion size: The lunch special is under $6, and it was more food then I could eat in one sitting, so I would say it is a great value.

Quality: Abnormally good quality for something this cheap and fast. It beats out most take out Chinese places in this regard. I've had a few places with higher quality, but at a drastically higher price. Everything was fresh, and the sauces and seasonings were very fragrant and original. What was supposed to be crispy, was nice and crispy. Zero complaints in this area.

Overall, the cost, speed, portion size and quality make this place very hard to beat. I don't think you can...
