L&L Hawaiian Barbecue — Restaurant in Enterprise

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! If you are hungry go to Alhoa Kitchen or the L&L off of serene. The lady here is absolutely rude. This is not only my first complaint but my second one. I have had problems here before with the same lady. I come here like 2 times a week and only pay $19.51 usually. But tonight I wanted to get a large drink with my combo and she wanted to charge me $2.79 just to upsize the cup to a large instead of Regular. It has never been that much to just upsize. Then I asked here to please make sure my cheeseburger was plain and I come home to this mess. Then I ask her for an extra katzu sauce and she tries to say $.25 cents. When they have never charged me for that. Then I asked her for extra ketchup and she only gives me a few packets. The guys that make the food are always wearing headphones and never doing their job. The lady is more worried About counting her tips then getting peoples foods ready. My food was sitting there behind her for a good 3 mins before I had to say something just for her to bag it. Our former favorite eatery in Vegas. Last stop prior to return flight back to East coast.

Price had definitely increased and quality and taste declined.

We ordered Lau Lau plate lunch, mini for my wife and regular for me.

Wife's plate lunch consisting of 1 Lau Lau, 2 scoop rice and container of mac salad.

Mine were 2 Lau Lau with 2 scoop rice and container of mac salad.

Lau Lau was plain tasting, we had to add soy sauce just to get the distinct "salty" flavor of "normal" taste we were used to having.

Mac salad as the ONLY thing that tasted normal.

We also got 2 manapuas as a snack treat. They too were plain tasting with what's supposed to be filled with char-siu pork.

They had no distinct Char-siu flavor we were accustomed to from past visits and didn't look too appetizing.

Wish I would have reviews below before I came here. I've been to this place before and to the L&L and never seen someone so rude. I asked to for Lumpia when I ordered and when I got them I asked for the red sweet and sour sauce I was always given when ordered in past and she tried to charge 50centd for what looked like a tiny container not even filled up not even equivalent to a teaspoon. I said it should come with Lumpia and she said it does but not with egg rolls. I advised I did order Lumpia. She was rude with her facial expressions and laughed.
