Lee's Sandwiches — Restaurant in Enterprise

I understand people who work there for part time or full time job. Always there workers are change often. The lady who work there with glass. Is she Vietnamese? If so, Very disappointed her bad services. I ordered Nước mía. Speak Vietnamese. But she didn’t understand first time. I repeated. She didn’t understand. Is this Nước mía Word hard to understand understand????? And she says that Nước mía is Vietnamese… Suddenly I don’t know what to say . And while I’m ordering she showing her attitude Her attitude was so bad. Her talking style were like . (I’m not happy what so what.. very aggressive)these kind of attitude type. She should not work there’s casher. Because I feel upset right before pickup my drink. I heard she gossiped about me to the man who make sandwiches.

Is this right? I have an attitude too. But I try to move on. So I didn’t bring up at the shop. WOW, I ordered drink. And she asked me to pays the tips first on credit card machine. But same she had so bad attitude from the first and untill I pick up.

Poor lady, has a bad attitude and ugly face. Worst I had ever met.

And stop gossip front of about customer. Worst trash ever. Don’t go anywhere. Stay lees sandwich shop.

All the cashiers are not always bad like you.

I will not pays the tips untill I get services. I will not pays first my tips. I don’t want my tips money goes to trash person. So annoying. But I will move on. Because I don’t want to waste my time for trash attitude.

PS. If you read this telling lies. These type of person are telling their side. Why don’t you lie again. You didn’t do anything and give a good services.

The lady has...

I deducted 2 stars today because they had my food ready but was waiting on egg rolls which they said would take 7 minutes...15 minutes later and three customers that came behind me later....I finally had to yell at them to get their attention since they were so busy talking and chatting they couldn't hear me at first... Because they were being so loud Then when I finally got their attention they were so very flippant about the long wait... No apology.... No nothing.... Just have me a look like I was crazy. They never asked me if it was to go or for dine in. They had everything packed like it was to go. The fourth person that came in after me got their food literally seconds after I received my sandwich... No egg rolls... These I received another 5 minutes after I got my sandwich. So how does 7 minutes equal 20 minutes on egg rolls???

Then when I finally got the food...I was really annoyed about the wait and I let it show... Then they stood there in the kitchen talking about me... Saying things like she needs to chill...Uummmm... Are they really that retarded that they think that I can't hear them over the glass that doesn't even go-to the ceiling.

They seriously need to retrain their staff... Seeing as how it was a manager that was talking crap about me to one of her staff... NOT COOL. I can say that the manager on duty Mirasol was more interested in laughing and chatting with her male employee then actually doing her job.

The service here has really been off and on.... Now because of this crappy service, I won't come back. If they really don't want my money there are plenty of...

I do love the Lee’s sandwich banh mi taste. I’ve been eating them ever since they first opened. 5 stars for taste.

1 star for sanitation at this specific location. The guy who made my sandwich was on FaceTime prior to making my sandwich. He didn’t want to get off the phone and placed it right where he would be putting the sandwich together. He proceeded to put on gloves then started to make the sandwich. However the whole time he was on FaceTime talking so I’m sure there’s some of his spit on my sandwhich. Also, he needed to move over to the next section and used his gloved hand to move his phone over and continued to finished up making my sandwhich. We all know studies have shown that a personal cell phone is actually one of the dirtiest thing. I was staring at him the whole time but he didn’t seem to care. I went home and toasted the sandwhich in the toaster. Hopefully that killed off the germs from his...
