Mood- Def a better after thought
So as many people know, Vegas is always up and coming with new restaurants and new concepts. That being said with all the new, it means that the old doesn't last or the concept didn't work for that area. So you may go to a new place and really enjoy it, go back a year later and it is some place different. This was my experience with this address. Previous establishment was not a good experience in the slightest.
Upon entering there was a small line waiting to get seated. When it became our turn we were ushered over to a table, menus were given, and drink order was taken.
Opted for the Thai Tea of course, Dumplings, Imperial Egg Rolls, Beef Ball Pho, Combination Rice, Imperial Egg Rolls with grilled pork and Vermicelli Noodles. Everything was prepared wonderfully. And I'll admit whenever I see that the Egg Rolls have Taro in them it is an absolute must for me.
Interior is quite large. There are several seating arrangements. That night only one server. And he took care of the entire house. Now yes you had to wait a little bit, however understanding the situation he didn't miss a beat. Some people were off put by this and walked out. I watched in awe how one guy could handle that. Music was playing in the background adhd the bussers were busy.
Would def recommend- pricing was typical for this new day and age. The portions were decent. The staff were very courteous and hospitable. Personally I think people have to understand that the new norm is not to work. So for the places that are open and accepting customers, be kind and realize that the people who are working as it is short staffed, are doing their best to accommodate everyone in a timely fashion.

You’ll feel like family every time you walk in: the crew chats and jokes with you like old friends, creating the kind of warmth you rarely find in purely transactional eateries. Honestly, this is one of those spots where the people and atmosphere alone are worth coming back for.
My dad and I ordered the Vietnamese staples: cá bông lau (catfish) kho tộ and canh chua. Our total came to $45.42. They also offer a sea bass option for just $2 more, which is a solid value.
Taste: Both dishes were decent and satisfied our craving for homemade comfort food. The cá kho could use deeper caramelization and reduction to unlock that traditional richness, but it still did the job. Portions were standard, served with a cup of rice per order and sides of pickled cabbage, carrot, and fresh sliced cucumber.
As a sweet gesture, they include a complimentary 3–4 oz of chè bắp once your bill hits a...
