McDonald's — Restaurant in Enterprise

We haven’t been eating fast food, but today was a rough day so I decided to stop at this McDonald’s location in Blue Diamond and Rainbow. First, the person that was taking my order at the Drive thru sounded like he can’t be bothered and sounded even high (7-16-2023/1:40 PM). Haven’t got McDonald’s in a long time but to make the story short, I paid $29 for 3 sandwiches, 2 fries and a large soda. The 2 chicken sandwiches (Crispy Chicken & Spicy Chicken Deluxe) TASTED SO NASTY that it’s not even edible. It was fried in a very very old oil and it was so hard that you can tell it’s been cooked & sitting for a long time. Shame on this Company raising the price coz they had to pay a higher minimum wage to their employees BUT DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD THAT THEY SERVE. So everyone out there, you guys are better off cooking your own burger fresh and even your chicken sandwich. Or better off ordering from a bar and restaurant and only a couple of dollar difference but at least your food will be freshly cooked as you order. SHAME ON MCDONALD’S FOR LETTING THIS FRANCHISE OWNERS RUIN THEIR REPUTATION WHICH IS ALREADY BAD IN THE...

Awful. I never thought of sharing my opinion on a fast food joint, who cares, right? Apparently nobody and that includes the employees. This place is notorious for handing out the wrong orders but they took it to another level.

Order: Double Quarter Pounder with Bacon and Cheese What i got: A Kid Sandwich! So here is the deal, you don't need to have superpowers to notice the weight difference between what i order and a kid meal, you figure they'll know that by hard, nope. They sacrifice Quality over Speed.

Here is how they handle it, walked to the counter, showed the receipt and wrong meal, asked nicely for the right order, then the the person behind the counter, asked me for the bag to confirm that I actually bought the meal, i was also ready to regurgitate the few fries I had, took the sandwich back into the prep area and smashed a new one that didn't resembled what i order, but here is the best part, they used the same returned meal, that is the biggest health code violation I've ever seen...wasted, killed my appetite.

OMG!!! I haven't been into a McDonalds since 2005. My son just finished a football game and he was extremely hungry, so we stopped in to dine. I had the "chicken"glazed Tenders honey bbq. I still can't recognize what type of meat that was in those tenders. First they weren't tender and second I have never ever tasted anything that separated and tore while making a crunching sound in my mouth before. I have had elk, deer, buffalo, lamb, rabbit,quail, turkey,pheasant and good ol' cow, and still can't place the type of meat that was in those tenders. Needless to say I am NEVER EVER gonna go to any MD's ever again. I will edit my post later if I get food poisoning. Cause frankly I'm a bit scared of what happened at that place today. I can't also believe they charge $10.49 for it on top of that. They couldn't give that away at a homeless shelter. Shame on MD's.
