This McDonald's can't get it together. Time and time again food is incorrect or missing from drive-thru orders. One time we waited for over 40 minutes for them to get a simple drive-thru order right. Oh and let me make sure to mention how many times waiting in drive thru you will have homeless people beg you for $$ as you wait to get your food....so great. Dining in is even worse...yes there is a beautiful dining room, but if the service does not match then it is pointless. I come here often with my children to find homeless people taking up tables in the dining room for hours on end. We came one time and had no where to sit because all tables were full- and 7 of them taken up by people not eating...just sitting on computers or homeless sitting there. 1 woman had no shoes on and was sprawled out sleeping or coming off of something on a table. I asked to speak to a manager to see about how we could sit somewhere to eat our food and as I stood at the counter NO ONE came to ask what I needed. When a manager finally came after 15 minutes I asked why we had no where to sit and why it took so long for anyone to ask what I needed. (there were at least 15 people behind the counter working in some capacity) He apologized but to my dismay it happened again in the same hour when our order was messed up and I had to go to the counter to get it fixed. NO ONE CAME AGAIN! What is going on here? This place has a pretty face but no one is home upstairs. Get it together McDonald's. This place is embarrassing! Do not take my comments about the homeless to be heartless either.....I am an advocate of the homeless and volunteer all of the time. I do believe though that if I pay for food in a restaurant I should be able to eat there and not next to someone who is passed out on a table with...

First time I have been in a McDonald's fast food restaurant in Las Vegas for 8 years. Reason I refused to go to McDonald's, because a assistant manager tossed me from the Sunset Regional Park restaurant as I was trying to secure a drink with my $6,000 bicycle. I had almost finished a 120 mile bicycle ride and was completely out of water, had been for about 10 miles my lips were dry and I felt unsteady & faint.
The McDonald's fast food had about 5 customers sitting at various tables, and numerous teenagers on skateboards and BMX bicycles playing in the parking lot, when I managed to limp to the shop. There was no bicycle rack, no place to secure the bicycle so I took it inside the shop. I was the only customer inline ordered a medium soda, and the assistant Manager flipped out screaming at me to remove my bicycle from the store or she would call the police. I tried to explain there was no facility to lock up the bicycle and I desperately needed liquids.
The assistant manager was belligerent as I backed out of the store, but one of the customers in the store, walked out and offered me water from his shop across the parking lot. He was a cyclist and walked my bicycle as I stumbled following him. I drank two cups of water, laid down on a bench in his shop and recovered from the incident.
20 minutes later I was recovered enough to finish my ride home. I thank the shop owner and finished my ride. I purchased a $80 dinner @ Casa Di Amore for him and delivered it with my written thanks several days later. I wrote to the corporate owner of that McDonald's franchise, and the National office. Never received a reply or acknowledgement...
Read moreIf I could give this location zero stars I would. We went to order in the drive through the screens were destroyed. This should have been our first hint to go to a different location. When we ordered the person that took it seemed soooo bothered that he was working. After ordering and paying for our food we got the two kids meals that we had ordered high the rest of our food wasn’t ready so we were asked to go to the third window. We waited about 10 minutes until finally someone came to the window with food. Well the food they gave us wasn’t out order so I gave it back to them. We then sat at the window another 20 minutes while seeing at least 6 other cars get their food and drive off. No one came to the window to talk to us or even ask what we needed. We went in to ask them what could be talking so long and they didn’t even have our order ready. So they made our food on the spot and decided to send a worker who was Special Needs knowing full well what they were doing! We aren’t going to get mad at someone who has special needs and they are lucky we aren’t those kind of people who would take their frustration out on them. We won’t be returning to this location. It was beyond unacceptable. The cherry on top was that we...
