Wild Honey Coffee - West Gate — Restaurant in Enterprise

I stopped by Wild Honey one afternoon and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly energy from Roslin and Kenleigh—the two amazing young ladies working that day.

When I got to the counter, I couldn’t figure out how to use the tap feature on my phone to pay. I was fumbling, trying to avoid the hassle of digging out my card, and instead of getting frustrated or rushing me, Roslin and Kenleigh were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. They walked me through it with so much care and a great attitude, making me feel completely at ease.

It’s rare to walk into a place and receive service that feels this genuine. These two have the kind of energy that makes people want to come back—and I will absolutely be returning because of them. Roslin and Kenleigh are true assets to Wild Honey, and I hope they get recognized for the warmth and professionalism they bring to their work.

Last Friday (12-15-23) this Wild Honey location failed to update their hours on Google letting the public know they were temporarily “closed” that night for their company Christmas party. By failing to do so, online orders were still available (they forgot to block them off) so my wife placed an online order only to find out when we got there that we weren’t able to get our order and we were still charged for it. I understand being closed for a party and not being able to get our order, however my issue is how we were treated when we requested a refund and we were never refunded at all. When we called to request a refund we were told “It’s our bank’s job to deal with that.” and our bank verified that a refund was never processed. This was the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever witnessed and a very rude staff! Do NOT waste your time or money here! This is yet another reason why Bean Bro blows Wild Honey out...

Honestly, having been informed about Wild Honey as a good source of caffeine.. I was not disappointed. Travel to America from Scotland and was greeted with a friendly face every time I was in (which was a fair few times in my week stay). The baristas working were always friendly and polite and very experienced. Took time to serve you, not trying to rush you on. The beverages were superb.. I managed coffee shops for over a decade, I know a good brew when I have one. So well played there guys. The establishment itself, as clean as it is modern and fresh. Well lit. Blinds pulled to stop the blistering 'Bama sunshine from burning out your eyes. Lol. The furniture was comfortable and kept clean. Honestly, you guys have one of the better coffee shops I've been to anywhere in the world. You've set a very high standard. You should all be proud. Kindest regards, Darren...
