I just ordered an iced coffee through this drive-thru. While I was ordering I asked if you could taste the Turbo Shot (additional 0.99) in the iced coffee. The guy said yes so I passed and my total was $2.43. I got to the window and I gave a guy named Toby $20.00 and another gentleman comes to the window and explains how the Turbo Shot works if I were to get one next time. And after he was done explaining that, Toby handed me $7.57 which it was supposed to be $17.57 but since I was focused on the Turbo Shot I wasn't thinking about if my change was correct, I didn't think I needed to. I always put my change in my center compartment under my radio and return it to my purse when im done driving. So I get home I count my change and I was jipped out of $10 so I called and talked to the manager (Brandon) and I asked him about it and he said to come back and he will fix it. I go back to an older lady, Toby, and Brandon waiting at the drive-thru window. They asked to see the receipt and I told them, "You didn't give me one." They told me that the drawer was correct. And I explained to him that I literally put my change in the empty compartment and it was jipped $10. As soon as I told them I'd call corporate they took a little action so Brandon said he would check the cameras. And I said yes (because I knew I was right). I wouldnt be making this up, I had my baby with me and was soon going to fuss plus needed to get ready for church. So anyway I go in and I'm waiting in the dining area and Brandon put a $10 bill on the pickup counter and then sort of walks away and I asked him I said "Did you check the cameras?" he said "I couldn't find anything." On one hand I'm glad he did the right thing and gave me my $10 back that they owed me but on the other hand I didn't like that he made me feel guilty for someone else's mistake. Probably not going to be going here anymore.
So I guess what I'm trying to say is don't pay with cash. But if you do, make sure it's correct before you...
Read moreThis is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. My family went the 2nd day they were opened and literally 90% of their menu they did not have... not even a plain bagel was available... better yet when asked they advised they would never sell anything with peanut butter in it... we returned today approximately a month after the launch expecting they would work out the kinks. At 10am their shelves were bare. We ordered bagels (didn't have blueberry) and requested them to be toasted... apparently they don't have toasters in their store as none of the bagels were toasted when we received them. We also got a traditional glazed donut which was basically a plain donut with barely any glaze. I would strongly recommend avoiding this store as its obvious the franchise owner and/or manager has no idea what they are doing.
I returned here with my wife today 10/06/17. We ordered a frozen hot chocolate that had a faint taste of mint (like they did not wash the blender). The hash browns were also barely cooked, no crisp at all. Breakfast sandwich and bagels were alright this time. There is still nothing on the menu with peanuts/peanut butter. It is sad that when Ephrata finally got a DD, it turned out to be...
Read moreUpdate from Dec 2018: staff has become rude and apathetic. They clearly don't place customer service as their highest priority. On multiple occasions, we've gone inside for service, the front door bell has rung and they don't bother acknowledging it and coming out front to help. We've called out before, waited 5 minutes, nothing from the store staff. Today we could hear them talking and laughing about other things as well as previous customers. If you don't want people coming inside, then why have a front store area???
Original review from Feb 2018: The staff is generally very friendly (which is why I didn't rate them a 1 star). I came in one morning for some coffee. Drive thru was busy, so i went inside. They didn't acknowledge me for 5 minutes while the inside line stacked 3 deep. They took my order, which took at least 5 more minutes to make, but the thing that really got me, was that they not only ignored everyone else in line inside, but they couldn't remember who ordered the ONE order they took. Like I said, at least they're really friendly there...so maybe there's some hope...
