11.2022 - I was craving some chili and I had a coupon for a free chicken sandwich. I pulled up to pay and got so grossed out I canceled my order. The guy running the drive thru, handling the money was making my sandwich without gloves putting on the lettuce, the tomatoe and then smooshed the top of the bun on all without gloves I was done. The guy making burgers next him had gloves on why didn't he? No thanks. I gave this Wendy's 3 tries, I'm done.
10.2022 - had to drive around thru the drive thru twice just to get all of our food. The guy at the window was nice. Issue is DON'T eat their potatoes, they are hard as rocks so you need to heat it up at home. Chili was good. Hot honey chicken tasted fresh and juicy I just personally didn't like the sauce. Improvement since my last review but still they need to improve. Hence why I only go once every 2 years!!!
2019 - Simply ordered a small chocolate frosty in the drive-thru for my 5 year old daughter. I got to the window to pay and it wasn't even 8 o'clock yet and the girl had the drive-through headphones on she took them off and said we are closed right now and closed the window! Read moreIf you go inside to order, there’s a good chance the employees will just stare at you and then walk away if you don’t speak to them in a Few seconds. No greeting There’s rude people that take your order when you pull through the drive thru as well. Makes the experience uneasy. My most recent visit, I was greeted with “what you want” no hello, no welcome to Wendy’s, thanks for choosing Wendy’s, how may I help you? I answered that I placed a mobile order.. what I heard in response was “James?” I responded “yes” But he must have said “NAME!?” as it was yelled back at me very rudely. I would expect and appreciate someone working in customer service to know how to communicate and speak in more than one word questions. I confirmed my name and in response, was told in an aggressive way, “PULL UP!!! That kind of statement is usually an invitation to fight. I hope they clean house completely and start over or shut down.
Fries are usually cold and/ or soggy. Sandwiches are usually assembled correctly but dry.
*update if you order more than one meal, expect to wait 20+ minutes…. I waited 23 minutes for 2 meals. They will also not give you your sauces if you get any for nuggets or fries.

I went back in this morning to talk to the manager to let him know what happened and to ask them if they left a note. He told me no they did not, I asked him if he could call the manager that was on last night to confirm the story that I was given him he told me no he was not calling him. I asked him to call his district manager he said no I'm not calling him. I asked him why are you being rude I'm just trying to get down to the bottom of it he told me that I needed to get out of his store or he was calling the cops, not once did I get irate with this manager not once did I disrespects him but he was not trying to do anything to help me resolve the issue in getting my money back so I had to call corporate explain the my situation while I sat in the parking lot. They don't have any cameras to see if people are stealing and it's a safety issue for their workers if somebody crazy came in there.
