I used to come here a lot when I lived here. Back then it was terrible. The service was awful. There used to be a heavy lady who worked there always would give me attitude and be rude. The store would always shut down the ovens, blender, and other machines hours before close. Which I’ve worked at dunkin, you aren’t supposed to do that. But anyways, to the point. I came back today hoping it would be better. Nope. They were still rude, and still had attitude. Got a frozen chocolate that was basically chocolate milk from how liquidy it was. And I put “ no whipped cream” on it. Guess people can’t read cause it had whipped cream. I politely acknowledged I asked for no whipped cream. I got rolled eyes come back at me with no apologize and everyone staring at me like I’m insane. Like sorry I pointed out your mistake but as someone who used to work at Dunkin not too long ago it’s not that hard to read the tickets. And if I made a mistake I always apologize and was never rude. Unlike these people. I’m glad I moved so I don’t have to...
Read moreOn 02/06/23 I had a terrible experience at the Epping, NH Dunkin’s on Exeter Rd. I have requested the same type of iced mocha latte at several different Dunkin’s since the started making them, plus had ordered the same from this location just about a week ago. When I got to the window I let the girl know my order was incorrect because there was no whip cream on it, and the person that took my order did repeat it back to me. When she told the girl that made it, that person save in a very rude and attitude type of tone, “What’s the problem.” I told her the same as I had told the girl at the window. She then told me I had to order a Signature Latte, which was wrong on her part, because a Signature Latte is made with warm milk. I also let her know I had no issue a week ago when I ordered the same thing. She again, in a very rude and full of attitude said WELL THINGS CHANGE!! I let her know I will never go there again. Very poor and...
Read moreI will never cheat on Starbucks again. I go here on my way to work if the Starbucks line is too long. There was no wait this morning, so I went through the drive thru for a coffee. The gentleman at the speaker was great, when I asked for extra oatmilk in my coffee, a woman's voice came through the speaker and said "we can do that, but it'll cost extra". I expected to pay more- no worries. When I got to the counter, the woman was very dry. Told me my total, gave me my drink, no other words came out of her mouth. Now, I can understand if this woman had a bad day, or was off- but she is like this EVERY TIME. I said "thank you! have a good day" and she shut the window, no response. I drive about a mile down the road, take 2 sips from my coffee, and a curly hair comes up with my next sip....
