Went there for the first time for my son's birthday on 4/29 to play pool after going to dinner and although some of the employees were very nice we met with some racism from an older employee. While playing pool an older gentlemen told my daughter she needed to remove her hat and said nothing to other people next to us who were white also wearing hats. That caused us some confusion but, we did later learn that it is their policy not to wear hats backwards, which my daughter did. Instead of telling her this he told her to take it off and walked away. Then we also noticed that every time a song came on that was of an R&B nature it was cut off immediately and was replaced with country. At first we thought that this was just a mistake, but after 5 songs were cut off immediately we knew that someone was sending an obvious message that people of color are not really wanted there. I will never patronize this place again and its sad that in this day and age that people choose to be so blatant with their racist tactics and...

The latest interaction that inspired this review:
I was playing pool with my friends (3) and we all were ready for some food and drinks, so I took it upon myself to order for the group. I waved the bartender when I went to wait. She nodded and served the people (3) that were there before me, as she should.....
But she pulled a interesting tactic next,
She served the group (5) that just walked up.... I waited till she was done, waved again, asked "Can I order?", She looked up to me, made eye contact, and went to serve THE GROUP BEHIND ME!
At that point 10 minutes of being legit blown off and ignored I learned my lessons. I wasn't going to get served and decided that pool was the ONLY thing I will be paying for in the future here.
Honestly, I just hate bad customer service because it is the thing you will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOkay first, I completely understand a dress code. And Iām generally pretty formal and in most cases overdressed. Tonight I was asked to leave from this establishment, and let me set the scene for you. Itās Christmas Night, itās 9 degrees, thereās a good 6ā of snow in most places and there was a total of one vehicle in the parking lot. Which Iām pretty sure belonged to the folks who worked there. I was asked to leave on the premise of wearing āworkout attireā which was the sweatpants I was wearing atop my jeans. Now Iām pretty educated, but Iām certainly not a rocket scientist. But common sense maybe tells you that itās 9 degrees and pouring snow. And some folks might be wearing cold weather gear (ie: sweatpants). But I guess they were more interested in being open for what appears to be no reason with no customers that I saw. Come on guys. Do better. Be better. If you hate your job that much...
