Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Erie

I can't stand the service at this one. 38th and liberty. Every time I go there it is a bad experience. The staff has no care for customer satisfaction. I Don't mean to place the blame on age....but the whole staff is young teenage kids, probably their first job and they don't care about it. That's how your establishment is being represented. Its like they don't prepare at all for rushes. These pizzas are supposed to be hot and ready....every time I've come to this location I've waited 20 mins or more for a pizza. One time I waited that long for my pizza.... then got told "oh sorry, its going to be ten more minutes for your breadsticks". I went through the drive thru tonight. I placed my order at the speaker. Two most bestest and a 2 liter of cherry Pepsi. The young man didn't give me a total or anything just said "ok pull around to the window". I got to the window and waited about three minutes before one of the 6 people stacked in that corner of the window came up and said "you ordered one or two of the most bestest?"...I told him I ordered two. He said "well yea, we only got one. Its going to be a ten minute wait". I said ok do I stay here or park? He said "I'm gonna need you to just pull back around, cuz I got customers pulling in behind you".....um ok....first off I am a customer. Second off im not waisting my gas to pull all the way back around and wait in a line of six vehicles or more. That's absurd. Very bad representation of your company. Very poor customer service. And lack of people skills. I will most definitely not be going back to this particular location. The only reason it got one star is because I couldn't comment without pressing it. They...

The worst!! They didn't have my order ready that I called in, they told me it would be ready in 15 mins, I told them that I was gonna go thru the drive thru to pick it up cuz I had a cast on my leg. The girl said it would be ready. I gave them 20 mins just in case they were real busy. I get there, tell them my order at the speaker, wait about 6 mins and kid comes back and says they don't have it ready yet, can I pull up to the window. I pull up to the window, the kid asks what I ordered, I tell him, he says they don't have it, it will take 20 minutes. I asked why, I called ahead of time so it would be ready, he says they don't make it til you show up...I ask to see a mgr, he doesn't know who the mgr is and they don't come to the window. Finally some kid about 16 comes to the window, tells me to pull ahead and come in the store, my order will be 20 mins. I've just waited 15 mins to talk to a mgr. The kid says he just started and doesn't know who the mgr is...I tell him to go ask someone, he said he couldn't, he only works the drive thru window. Now I'm pissed.😠 There are 3 boys standing at the window, their backs facing me and laughing, and then turn to look at me... Now mind you, I only ordered a hot and ready with cheese only, how hard is that? Needless to say, I left unsatisfied and when I got home, I called corporate ofc and complained. Don't think those "kids" have a job anymore.....and they think they should get paid $10-15/hr....why? They don't have a clue 😵 and they are the future....how sad is that? I will never go back to Little...

I'm not ever one to leave reviews, if i could give a 0, I would, but this was absolutely horrible!!!! Ill never be ordering here again. We came here at 8pm, pre ordered our pizza around 8:05-8:10 online, we get there and at 8:15 they say it's being put in the oven. It is not ready until nearly 8:50. My mom goes through drive through to get her order and were told we cannot do that and have to come in. I say fine, okay, because I get it, I work at a food chain place that is similar, though I don't get the point of having a drive through if you can't pick up mobiles, and have only at the time order because then we would just be waiting and holding up the line. Then, my mom goes in. They tell her that she had to get the pin number, the employee rolls her eyes, and makes a comment to her coworker about my mom. So, My mom says no problem and goes out to the car to get her phone, when she comes back they then tell her that they actually had her order all along and handed it to her before shooting more looks and muttering. Not to mention, there were others there also waiting forever, some more than 50 minutes, outrageous. This is not the first time we've had issues with them. The first time we called, and a dude charged us 10$ extra for having SAUCE and PEPPERONI on our pizza. That is what it said. No, it was not extra add ons. Do not waste your time here. Go to a faster location. Horrid, Id never do this at my job and I think the employees...
