I've been here 4 times. Twice in December 2022, once in January and once in February. The first two visits were 5 stars and the last two have been 1 or 2 stars. Really sad, because we were excited to have found this place.

The first two visits, we ordered coin-style margaritas (fresh lime juice, cointreau and a choice of premium tequila), and they were glorious. They used a different glass from the house margs (we tried one of those too), and they were generous with the tequila. We loved the fresh (and spicy) salsa and the entrees. 10/10, would highly recommend.

The third visit, we ordered coin style margaritas and the bartender brought us house margaritas - different glass, margarita mix - so we sent them back and he returned with another margarita mix concoction, this time, without a hint of tequila. The food was still good. Note to self: order a beer next time (bummer).

The last visit, the fajita chicken was pure white with no hint of grilling, and the flavor was lacking as a result. I asked for my carnitas "dairy-free, no cheese, no sour cream" like I had the three previous visits and they came smothered in bubbling cheese (the plate was SUPER-hot). It happens. I sent it back and when I got the replacement, there was burned cheese all around the edge of the plate. Apparently, the cook had scraped the previous one away and refilled with fresh food. I've been here a few times and usually have a fine experience but today was very disappointed in the service and general experience. I went with some friends and at the end we asked to split the bill. I always get the breakfast burrito as it is reasonably priced but today the total was extremely high, paying for 2 burritos at 12.50 each came out to $40 after tip. Confused, I asked my server to explain and he was unable to provide any clarity. I asked another server as we had an itemized receipt that didn't add up to the total that we each paid. I kept asking for explanation but the staff didn't seem to care and wasn't trying to help us solve the problem. They left for long periods and never came back with answers, telling us that the prices were right even though it didn't make any sense whatsoever. They claimed to not have itemized receipts which was even more confusing. We finally gave up since the staff wasn't helping and was being rude. Very disappointed in this experience. On top of all this, our food was not hot, we didn't get our drinks for more than 10 minutes, and as I mentioned, the staff was very rude and sassy in (not) answering...

We want to love this place but unfortunately keep having bad luck. The service is poor, staff is friendly but they’re way understaffed and messed up so much of our meal. Margs are not too good, we ordered and paid for guacamole with our chips, never came. It took 25 minutes for our drinks to come while outside, it was hot out and never got any water. We ordered a second drink by going inside to ask and it never came. I ordered black beans with my meal, didn’t get them. Husband ordered beans and rice with his and he didn’t get rice. He ordered a beef burrito and got chicken. They never came by to refresh drinks or chips and salsa. When my friend went to ask where her drinks are the manager was rude. Such a bummer since it is downtown Erie, a great location. I think they're just not prepared for happy hour times with the amount of people and need more help. The salsa and chimichanga tasted good but don’t plan to go back since this keeps happening to us. Maybe I'd go back when I know it's a slow time of the...
