This place has the worst service I have ever experienced in NKY. I rarely ever visit DD as I am a loyal SB customer because each time I have visited DD I have been disappointed.. Today was the absolute worse and after realizing the other store on Dixie has the same ownership, I may never visit again. It all started when after a long day a competition with my daughters, I dropped one of the twins off at a birthday party and decided to get coffee and SB was too far away.. I ordered the drink and it went to the wrong store, I thought WOW after backing out of the drive through and was happy there was an option to change stores.. Long story short, I turned back around only to be spoken to rudely and the window slammed in my face because the order did not update at the location. This dude Aspin ( or whatever he said his name was) He argued with me about not teaching me how to use the app, anyways after the window was slammed in my face because he claimed my order was not there and something else under his voice. I went back over texted my daughter to let her know her sister and I were going to drive to the other DD to get my coffee and call the other store to see if they would mind remaking my order since it would be watered down by the time I made it over there. Yes, this was my mistake as I do not know the area, but the rudeness was far from none and needs to be corrected. As I was turning to the parking lot to make the call to customer service, I saw the same guy outside smoking a cigarette. It's really sad the way you have to be treated ins front of your kid just to get coffee. I will never visit this location again and on top of it, the coffee tasted like milk without any coffee flavor. I will stick to SB and will report this location to BB. Rudeness service ever! Read moreThree mistakes in two weeks, well four,. The first was no sugar in the coffees. OK, coffees were comped. The second was missing wraps from the order. Didn't want wraps the next time through, just a comp ticket. Got wraps instead even though they said the would give me a voucher. Third time was a coffee missing from the order. When I complained I got a lecture as to why they repeat orders. I agreed that they repeated the order, but I still didn't get part of it. The supervisor lectured me as if I had screwed up. No comp for the coffee. She said that they had been having a lot of problems lately that's why they repeatt he order. Again, I agreed that they had done this, but I was still missing part of my order. If you're having so many problems quit making so many mistakes! Then, as I rechecked my order, they had made a substitution that they didn't ask me about after I got a lecture about them repeating the orders for accuracy!!! Update: There is a new morning staff now and they aren't the best. They're slow, they're rude, and they almost bark at you through the speaker as you order. It's very off putting! I don't mind the speed as much as they way customers are spoken to right off the bat. I'd highly recommend putting someone more personal and polite on the window and to take orders.
These people are so friendly and so personable. I cannot say how many times they've put a smile on my face from their nice gestures, jokes, and just fabulous food, personalities, and service. I recommend going in the morning though, because the staff at night can be...
